As mentioned in previous reviews "This business is a SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!" I bought the Bliss Beauty Studio skinny dip fat burning body wrap on Groupon for $50.00. I completed the appointment request. On the appointment request it had me select a date and time. I figured this would be my appointment time. A week goes by and I am looking forward to getting my skinny dip fat burning body wrap. I was advised that I would receive an email from the business reminding me of my appointment. No email received. I then call the business to see what time my appointment was for, as I had forgotten what date & time I selected last week & never received an email. My call went to voicemail twice. On my third attempt I finally was able to speak with someone & asked if she would be able to provide me with my appointment time. She rudely said she couldnt give me my appointment time as she was doing inventory and advised me to leave a voicemail. She had no concern for my issue, no explanations for my questions. After refusing to leave a voicemail, all she was able to do for me was provide me with another number to call that went straight to voicemail. I called the first number back, another attempt to get my appointment time. When I called back, I was advised that there is only one lady that does these body wraps and I would have to contact her for my appointment. At this point I decide it would be better to just cancel my appointment since no one was able to tell me what time my appointment was at. The lady I was speaking to stated she didnt think there were any appointments scheduled today, as the woman that does these wraps was out running errands. (First of all, I attempted to schedule an appoint with this woman one week ago, and she is out running errands? Does she even work? or is she just making a living off of scamming people on Groupon?) The lady then advises me that just because I schedule an appointment doesnt mean that the appointment is confirmed. This was never explained on the groupon or business website. As a business why would you list specific dates/times on the appointment request if your not available for those dates/times? This whole time I thought I had an actual appointment when really I had only requested an appointment. Which leads me to my next point, I requested an appointment one week in advance and you cant even send me an email stating your unable to confirm my appointment request due to your "errands"? Meanwhile, Im over here working a 9-5 spending $50 on a groupon scam and this lady is out running errands all day on a Monday? and probably every other day of the week. After this experience I am giving up Groupon for good. I have come to the realization that Groupon is a bunch of unprofessional businesses scamming people of their hard earned money. I only hope they are able to refund me my $50 instead of it going to this Scam of a business. As stated before "PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY"

Be warned. This salon is behind Lux, Lash & Brow Co. which offers classes in eyelash extension and eyebrow microblading. They are borderline scammers. They charge $1500 a class, dont even know the basics of eyebrow microblading, like which pigment to use or how to change the blade in the tool, and wont give a refund if youre dissatisfied.

I got a groupon for this place and made the appointment . They later called me to tell me that they had no opening on that day?? And had nothing available when I was available ... I wonder if it was because of the groupon .... Anyways the girl on the phone was not very nice either.
