Wow! I had my hair done here yesterday and I am still in LOVE. Before my appointment, I had *never* had any color done to my hair, and I hadnt had a cut in over a year. I was so nervous that something would go wrong and I would walk out in tears.Well, I did walk out in tears-- but they were 100% HAPPY tears! When the appointment started, I met both my colorist and my stylist, and we had a little conference to discuss what I was wanting as an end result to make sure everyone was on the same page. My colorist was Antoinette (please forgive me if Im spelling it incorrectly). She looked at the pictures of what I wanted (and what I *didnt* want), and asked really thoughtful questions to make sure she totally understood what I was asking for. She also made sure that I understood what sort of result I might get (which is important to me because until this I had *never* colored my hair and had no idea what to expect). I really appreciated that she consulted with another stylist to confirm the color formula she was thinking about using for me. Far from making me nervous that she might not know what she was doing, it reassured me that she cared just as much as I did about how this would turn out. The other colorist agreed with Antoinette, and then it was go time! The process itself took less time than I expected, and was actually really relaxing considering how nervous I was at the start. After the color was washed out, I went over to get my hair cut and styled. I was with Cici (again, please forgive me if I spell it wrong.) She reviewed everything we had talked about earlier with how I wanted it cut (it had been 2 hours since we last spoke and shed worked with other people in the meantime, so Im glad she wanted to double check.) The cut itself wasnt too complicated- just some long layers- but I was still impressed with how quickly Cici got it done. Then she blow-dried and styled my hair. The whole time Cici was fun and chatty and kept me relaxed and encouraged that the end result was going to be great. And sure enough, it looked BEAUTIFUL by the time everything was over! And, it ended up costing me less than I expected. I cant stop looking at my hair and I keep getting compliments all over the place. The balayage is subtle, natural-looking, yet still a noticeable difference from where I started; the color really brightens up my skin and just looks awesome! The cut preserved a lot of the length, which was important to me, but gives my hair a lot of movement and visual interest. Plus it feels lighter and healthier. I will ABSOLUTELY be coming back here again. Couldnt be happier with these wonderful ladies!

Ive been going to Toni & Guy since they opened and have always had a great experience. Celeste does my hair color and Chad cuts my hair. Celeste is a master at listening and collaborating on what would look best for color, alternating with the seasons on how light to go for summer or darkening a tad for cooler months and always remembering to get feedback on how the previous color worked out. She doesnt just create a formula and do the same ol same ol each time. I do tint and highlights/lowlights alternating each time to keep costs down. Chad is equally as terrific in listening and brainstorming on new ideas to keep from getting into a "hair rut". Chads wit and genuine care make you feel special sitting in his chair. He makes suggestions each time in keeping with latest trends while being sensitive to individual tastes. My hair is naturally curly so finding a cut that works blown out straight or when I dont have time, will work wearing ala natural (curly) is important to me. Lori M.

Gone to this location for years and followed Marcus and Sharon to this location. They are amazing and would not go anywhere - expect .... for the management which is bad bad.. I consider the price and environment to be moving towards a high end product. But when making appointment and speaking to the Manager Marisa I was told that I had to book and pay to have my hair blow dried. Not styled but just blown dry after a color and cut. Ok so how am I supposed to see the color or cut with it wet? Not to mention its winter and cold. So Marisas suggestion bring my own hair dryer and dry it in the bathroom. Really? So when I told her that was silly and unprofessional she said that is how they do things and if my colorist or stylist was drying my hair in the past - that wasnt part of the service. Wow .

Nothing great. I had an appointment for haircut at 4pm when i arrived, i asked them if i can get a color as well. The hairstylist seemed to be in a hurry to leave and didnt even bother to refer another hairstylist for color. She just gave a cut and rushed to sent me off.. This place closes at 7PM.. i was there at 4PM..She atleast could have been nice about it and asked me to come another day to get a color..sheesh..! Hair cut was good.. nothing great/wow about it !

It was my daughters second haircut and they made us wait for 25 min. All along, the receptionist didnt bother to tell us why we were waiting neither did the stylist. My 4 year ols who was very excited was really sad after this experience, we had to walk out after 30 min of waiting. Even when walking out, the receptionist didnt bother to stop us and ask why. Highly illiterate and non courteous I would say. Makes me wonder how bad thier haircuts are!!!

Had an appointment scheduled at 4PM and they called an confirmed the same day so I would be there. Walked in 5 minutes early and sat down and waited after they confirmed my appointment. After 25 minute after 4PM I walked out. No update on when or why the hairdresser was delayed. Has been an ongoing customer every 6 weeks and this is how the treat a loyal customer. Worse customer service I have experience so Im taking my business somewhere else.

Im pretty picky about how my coloring is done, and I have been using Groupon to salon hop every month since I moved to DFW. A friend recommended Susan at Toni&Guy so I checked it out this weekend. She turned out to do a great job not only on the color but the cut as well. She was very friendly and personal, so the whole experience was great. The salon is nice, modern, and well staffed. I think I might have finally found my new salon.

This review is for Marcus⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! I have been going to him for 22 years. He definitely has the artistic talent and is a good listener. He knows hair and will be honest what your hair will or will not do. He will make suggestions if he thinks your hair will not be able to look like the picture you brought in. He may be more because his level is one of the highest. Treat yourself!

Vicki (cut/style) & Sharon (color) are phenomenal - both as people & as professionals who constantly awe me with what they can do. Ive been using them for nearly a year, and theyre worth every penny. Reception staff have also always exemplified top-notch customer service standards.
