Terrible servicio. No tienen personal de el cajero. Los "estilistas" atienden a sus clientes por quien llegue primero, bueno eso dijeron pero no es asi. Le pregunté a un estilista "quien sabe cortar cabello de mujer?" y me señaló a uno que le estaba cortando el cabello a un hijo y a su papa. Se supone que yo era la siguiente clienta (espere 2 horas). Bueno, dije, "lo voy a esperar a el" y el estilista respondio "esta bien". Termino de cortar le el cabello a sus clientes, el hijo y el papa, y se puso a limpiar su area. Me sentí confundida, y le pregunté al que creo que es dueño o asociado del local "el va tener tiempo de cortarme el cabello?" y el respondió "no, el ya se va" con una sonrisa. Le dije "tengo 3 horas esperando que el me corto el cabello!" Y el respondió "por que no dijiste nada?" Le dije "yo pregunte quien sabe cortar cabello de mujer y lo aseñalaron a el y les dije que lo iba esperar". Se disculpo y dijo "si quieres podemos intentar cortarte el cabello". 3 horas perdí esperando para que no me atiendan, que vergüenza. Soy Mexicana y orgullosa, pero jamás vuelvo a un local naco como ese, donde gente de mi raza no tiene modales ni clase. Que vergüenza de lugar. Lo siento por ustedes pero perdieron una buena clienta, en ahora y adelante me voy a dejar atender el cabello por Tony and Guy solamente.

Well, the first biggest disappointment was not being able to park on a handicap space because someone who didnt have handicap plates decided to park there and therefore it was going to be very difficult to unload my disabled daughter along with my other babies. "Maybe they just forgot to hang the placard on the mirror! Ill just call the cops and let them do their job!" I told my husband to go ahead and go inside and we would have to wait for him in the car and forget about the kids haircuts. Pretty soon after the hubby went in, an employee quickly came out to move her white Silverado from the handicap parking spot!!! Really??? An employee!? She brings shame to the business! Next, my husband had already been waiting for 45 minutes and one of the newer barbers skipped him and took in a guy that had came in the last few minutes. The only other barber that was in at that time seemed to be the manager/owner, just knotted in sign of disapprovement. My husband just told the owner that was no way to run a business and walked out. Doesnt matter if you have awesome barbers when you run a very unprofessional-poor customer service-lacking of coordination and ethics shop! ***Oh, and reviews posted by the owners, employees and their families are not considered legit. Fyi..***

I went because a friend recommended me to go and try it out. I went about a yr ago and enjoyed my experience. But yesterday I went again just to see how it changed. So I got there after I called to set up an appointment just in case. I sat there and saw those ahead of me go and I was coming up next. Then someone came in with their family. But I knew I was still next as I thought. As soon as the Barber I wanted was open the new guy who came in started to get up as if he was next. I mentioned to him I was next but then he pointed to the Barber and the Barber said he would let me be next. I said ok thanks and walked out. I was waiting for like 30 mins already. I see that there you have to either know them personally or you will be skipped. My friend who referred me there mentioned hes been skipped a couple of times before too. At my regular barbershop even thought Im a preferred customer there, they would never skip anyone regardless as they dont want to lose buisness. I guess they dont exercise that rule. So I give this place a 10 thumbs down and Im glad I didnt pay for that horrible servise. So sad because I give great tips.

Es una gran experiencia cada vez que vamos al salon ....los barberos son realmente extraordinarios, son profesionales con mucho talento y experiencia ... los estilistas son muy buenos tambien y la atencion al cliente es muy buena.. toda mi familia va ahí ,definitivamente lo recomiendo plenamente..... Lo mejor de plano tx!!!!!

Juarez Beauty Salon is the best barber shop that Id been in a few years! The staff did an amazing job at getting my haircuts and their professionalism is spot on! The store is always clean and stainless and best of all, everyone is treated like family in the salon. Id hope the business will flourish for years!

Absolutely amazing. Will admit the wait is a little long. If you dont want to wait call a couple of days ahead and schedule an appointment. Just started coming here and they have exceeded my expectations in every way imaginable. One of the best barbershops Ive ever been to!

First time going to this place, kinda crowded which is a good fact actually! Got a taper fade and it looks clean! I love it , Decent price!! $18 for a fade, $15 for normal haircuts. Pablo did my haircut. Recommend him! Didnt try the rest but bet they are good aswell.

Best barbers in plano ,tx ...this place has everything very high quality in all type of mens haircut and they also have a great stylists ,very professional and great customer service, very happy. ..I had a great experience. .you should try it out!!!!

Very unprofessional and dirty! Had to go to a different salon to get my hair fixed! While I was there there was 4 people ahead of me and one of the stylist instead of helping a customer starting dyeing a workers hair
