I cannot stress how much I do NOT recommend Angela. I decided to try this salon out yesterday since its about 5 minutes from where I live and the reviews were great. As soon as I got in the chair I let Angela know that I wanted an A-line bob but did not want to lose too much length. I even showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted. We agreed to bring the back up to my neckline and leave the front longer. She did NOT listen to me at all. What I got was the equivalent of a pixie cut in the back. I am DEVASTATED, my self-esteem is shot, and I dont even want to leave the house. She clearly got "scissor happy" and just get chopping away in the back. She obviously attempted to stack the layers in the back but failed. She kept saying my hair didnt look right in the back because of my "ombre" hair color and kept cutting without even asking or showing me! When I saw the back I wanted to cry. It was choppy, short as heck (we are talking barely any thing back there), and looked awful. Once she realized she messed up she got the owner (Tori) to try to salvage this mess of haircut. Tori managed to get some of the choppyness out but unfortunately there wasnt much she could do. It is still terrible uneven and I would post pictures if I could. Angela even had the audacity to say that when I came in it wasnt that much longer! Uhm lady it was at least past my shoulders. You cut WAY more than you should of .Tori at least apologized and sounded sincerely sympathetic about what had happened. Angela didnt say a WORD to me and just kept trying to defend herself by blaming it on my hair. If youre going to be in the customer service field at least own up to your mistakes when you make them. Now I get to start the growing out process all over again. Thanks lady.

I got my hair done about two weeks ago by TORI and she was amazing! I have natural kinky African hair but she knew what she was doing! I got it dyed and then she straightened it with a straightener and I have never had better results. It was quick and flawless. She has amazing and on point customer service and there was never a dull moment with her doing my hair. She is an A-Top professional AND an amazing person. The price was great and everything was smooth and flawless. I will definently be coming back here again:).

Re dos Santos

Scheduled a balayage appointment with Tori. She arrived over 20 minutes late and was overall unprofessional. i left with orange roots and dark ends. When I contacted and politely asked for a revision appointment, she acted dismissively. Had to go to Sallys and fix it myself, since I had already spent 130 with Tori. Maybe she was having an off day, but nothing justifies her lack of customer service skills. I wouldnt recommend her or go back.

Walked in and received the worst customer service.I went here based on a recommendation,unfortunately I did not receive the same service as my friend.We both have found a better place but will not be returning to La Bella Salon.A little advice for the owner,work on greeting and attending who walks through the door & follow through,it is the first thing a customer notices.

I have been looking for a new salon in Rowlett since I moved here and I have finally found it. Tori is amazing! I stopped in for my first cut with her and ended up convincing my mom to get her hair cut as well. I have fine blonde hair which can be super difficult and she did an amazing job. I cant wait to go back and get my hair colored.

I found this place on google search. I called to make an appointment and they got me in the same day. The price was great and Lanice was my stylist. She was really nice. I had no clue what I wanted to do with my hair and she had some great ideas. I love my new haircut! i will definately be going back
