Jour Salon is the best salon Ive been to by far and I wanted to share my experience! I had my hair colored and eyelash extensions done and Ive never been more satisfied. I decided for the first time in 38 years to add red highlights to my hair and my stylist, Tara, knew exactly what I wanted and it turned out beautifully! I decided to get eyelash extensions as well because I do not like to wear a lot of makeup and I wanted to save time in the morning getting ready for work. I do not have to do anything now because the eyelashes added so much that people think I am wearing makeup! I get so many compliments on my hair and eyelashes everyday. Katherine takes her time and meticulously applies false eyelashes to every single one of your own eyelashes so when she is done, they look completely natural. They last for 2-3 weeks and all I have to do is go back and get fills. The main reason I felt the need to write this review is I feel customer service is non existent these days and when I come across a place that provides the kind of customer service that makes you feel good and makes you feel like they really want to do a great job for you, I want others to know about it. The staff is professional, the salon is beautiful but most importantly you feel at home when you are there. You feel like you are hanging out with a bunch of your girlfriends and that is rare these days! You can tell a lot of thought and effort went into this place and the owner actually takes pride in her business and you can tell she genuinely cares about her staff AND her customers! It is so refreshing to go to a business with quality customer service such as this one. I absolutely, 100% recommend this place! You wont regret it! Thanks Jour Salon! I will be back again and again and again and again!

I have been going to Trudy for years, and I am always delighted with my hair. She gets my color perfect and listens to what I want to try next. I get compliments on my hair and am quick to brag on Trudy. She not only colors and cuts my hair, she teaches me about products and ways to wear my hair. I am amazed by all the funny little tricks of the trade she has learned in her career - like how to get rid of electricity. Trudy is honest with me and does not try to "sell" a look that will not work with my face or hair type. My entire family goes to Trudy. My granddaughters love their highlights. Even my husband would not think of going to anyone else. Trudy is like a member of our family. We all love her; and I notice every time I go to the salon that her other clients express their loyalty and admiration for her, too. Oh, Trudy, I love the goodies you bring to munch on sometimes, too! Thank you!

I would highly recommend Jennifer Wavrusa at Jour Salon and Spa! I recently moved to Rockwall and struggled to find a stylist that could give me the highlights I wanted without my hair looking brassy. Jennifer did an awesome job today and was able to get rid of the brassiness as well as giving me natural looking highlights that made my hair shine! Prior to my appointment, she texted me to see if I just wanted highlights or if I wanted color too. Upon hearing about my concerns with my hair looking brassy, she requested I text her a picture of my hair so she could see the issues she would be dealing with at my appointment. She was prepared, friendly and above all, she did a great job fixing my hair. She has many years of experience, works quickly and definitely is a master at her craft!

Thank you to Shannon and the ladies that took wonderful care of us while we were there this week. My husband and I went for a day of relaxation! It was awesome! From the moment we walked in the door we felt taken care of ! The atmosphere if happy, friendly and very relaxing! We each had a full body massage, facials and pedicures. We rarely take a day away just to relax and this was just so wonderful. Shannon was kind enough to call ahead for our hotel reservations at the Hilton and get us an early check in! Although, there was a slight mix up, Shannon took care of it for us so we didnt have to deal with any stress at all!! Thank you ladies for a very relaxing day!!!

I have been going to Tara for 3 years now and I couldnt imagine going anywhere else. She has put up with my transitioning from blonde to brown and back to blonde! She always values the health of my hair and is honest about reaching my results. She takes her time and uses diligence in making sure my hair is in its best condition. She has the sweetest soul and is so easy to form a relationship with. I am so grateful to have found her! :)

I gave them 3 or 4 appointments before deciding for sure what my opinion would be and I hate being negative but the truth is that Rude was the only consistant thing I found at this salon, every time I went there. (Mostly the lady behind the desk, maybe the owner (?) had the worse attitude) And what a shame because its close to my house and my hubby, myself and kids are really in need of a good spa/salon. Any suggestions?

When I recently moved to Texas I was upset most about losing my stylist of 15 years. I did a little research and saw some reviews on Jessica at Jour and decided to try her. My first impression was she is trendy and confident. That made me feel comfortable. She did a fabulous job. I still get stopped on the street and women ask me where do I get my color done!! I am extremely happy with Jour Salon, they are professional to the utmost, very good atmosphere always accommodating. Nice clean shop. Sharon McAlister does an awesome job for me and has for a long time and I recommend her to everyone. I have been told there spa services are to die for. I just had my hair cut, colored and styled today and Jessica did an amazing job! When I arrived I was unsure what I wanted so I gave her creative freedom and I left with what is probably the best hair cut and color of my life! Everyone in the salon seemed friendly and the whole experience was pleasent! I will suggest the salon and Jessia to everyone I know!

Ive been going to Jennifer Wavrusa for about 5 years now. She has amazing talent! I have always been satisfied with how she cuts, colors and styles my hair. I always get numerous compliments after shes done her magic!! I wouldnt trust anyone else to touch my hair. If youre looking for a hair stylist, I highly recommend Jennifer!
