Decent Facility, Lacks Much. I only use this place because my work pays for it. I like their hours. If your into lifting weights dont waste your time. While they have good dumbbell selection, Their machines are lame. The leg press does not even engage your quads. Its the poorest designed leg machine Ive ever seen. The angle of the plate and the whole motion range is completely disfunctional. Horrid design. On top of that the machine stacks are far too light. I can almost lift the whole stack on the leg extension machine with one leg. Pathetic. You will not get a good leg workout here. For upper body they only have one flat bench press and one incline, and they are seriously lacking good back machines, like a rowing machine. You can try using the cable tower with a portable bench, but I can lift the whole stack 25 times...and Im no monster. Hardly a workout. While they have 2 pull down machines, they havent any hammer machines for back. Overall, very weak on the equipment side. If you are into treadmills and elliptical they have plenty of those. There is a full sized gym for basketball and some punxhing bags. Thats nice. The staff is very nice and helpful. I enjoy the people there. However, even Planet Fitness blows this place away as far as equipment choices go.

I went yesterday for one day trial my sister goes there. There was a big lady at the front desk had a attitude like she didnt want to be there was really rude. Instead of trying to make me get a account there she just handed us off to some director so she can get back on the net shopping for herself. After we left we all walked together my girlfriend said thank you and she just sat there didnt say anything. Very unprofessional leave your problems at home customer service and assistance is expected.

I LOVE my gym! I take all the classes Karin has. She values a healthy lifestyle and helps you see the joy in taking care of yourself. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly from the front desk to the managers, Claudia and Eddie. Highly recommend this non hyped up gym. Its comfortable and affordable! Plenty of room for everyone and includes a huge gym, small yoga studio, ballroom for additional classes, and trainers.

Great gym for the price cant beat it!! The classes good some are better than others but thats usually how it goes. Very clean facility. The child care staff are friendly and good with the kids. I love it! Great gym for a family on a budget. I just wish they had more throughout the city.

I luv it! I have so many good things to say that the ppl r so friendly. I love the wemons only room is so clean! I have tried to find another gym closer to me but no luck! So I will just keep making the drive! Cause u cant beat this place!!!!!! (Pixs of the wemons fitness center)

Great gym, friendly staff, very clean and organized. all equipment is in good working condition. Very organized. Priced right for a family of 2 plus. all you need in one building. if anything negative the Zumba classs play music too loud. But that my own opinion.

Great fro basketball pick up games! The only downside, is that the place is kinda small for the amount of members they have at a time. I would love to join again if they expanded there facility!

This gym is so stupid! Might as well pay $10 more and go to Golds Gym, where they are open 24 hours and arent so strict about bringing in a guest.

Weekend hours are awful! Never speak to management about help because theyll tell you one thing with confidence and go back on there word.

Hit and miss with some staff. Some are great and then theres the others. Other than that its a pretty great gym!

Staff is wonderful, gym is clean and I get to work out while my son plays basketball on their great courts!
