I come to planet fitness but a different location which I have had no problems with. I came here ONCE as a guest, they asked for my ID which the other location never does. The front desk told me they were going to give it back before I left. They never gave me back my ID And that night I had very expensive reservations with my girlfriend that we had planned for weeks . Long story short they were ruined because of not having my id. Huge inconvenience drove all around sa to go get it. Have a better system of how you track people coming to your gym or at least pay for their gas if youre gonna do that.

Been coming here for 3 minutes months and this is the first time I have been asked to check my wife in. I talked to the manager and all she could say is I have 12 employees and they know what they should be doing. When she could have said I understand and will make the corrections to my staff "the end". Dont understand what is so hard about that. Great job to the young lady that corrected the mistake. Manager need more customer service training to better serve the client. Thanks.

Decent for what you pay. Lots of cardio stuff and beginner-level workout equipment. Free weights only up to 80 lbs. They dont have any Olympic bars or squat racks lime other locations do! You have to use a smith machine or dumbbells if you want to squat or bench and theres always somebody just sitting around in at least one pretty much taking a nap. Still worth the price if you dont mind all the noobs.

I had the pleasure of working out at this location for the first time and I must say I had a very pleasant experience. The staff member who was on shift was very helpful and courteous. I am here visiting from Augusta Georgia and I have to just let everyone know that this Planet Fitness location is very friendly and responsive to its members needs. I personally would like to say thank you.

Always clean and plenty of all types of exercise equipment and weights and only $20 per month with no contract. did you read that - no contract, yes that was no contract and no constant pressure to pay $500 plus per year. Also they have many many fun things planned. a Free Trainer. just stop by and be bewildered and amazed and wonder why you didnt go here years ago

The gym is a nice change from the bigger gyms like 24 hour and LA fitness. But if your looking to make serious gains, find another gym. This gym is more like a "safe space" for those who are just starting out in the gym for the first time or those just looking to maintain....no free bars for benching, etc. etc. Staff have always been nice when Ive attended.

Staff friendly. Weights are not kept together. Spread out through the gym. Had to search for them. Hydro bed broken. Massage chair missing buttons. TVs to close to the arc machine which causes u to lose balance. Maybe if the location was bigger this would solve their problems. Huebner location felt well laid out. I would go to this one instead.

very unprofessional atmosphere. 3 male employees were talking about sexual intercourse and using vulgar language infront of customers and even 2 females asked them to please not talk about that infront of them and they disrespected and disregarded them. There is always something wrong with the bathrooms and showers being inoperable as well.

HEB, Starbucks, and Golds were all open today. You claim you were closed due to a hurricane that is 250 miles away and has caused zero interruption in the day to day activities of a normal Saturday. You were either too lazy to get out of bed or too lazy to look at the weather forecast. Either way, I guess I need to go price out Golds.

Havent been here long but loving it! Lots of equipment. Clean. Free trainer helped me set up a program tailored for me. Cheery atmosphere. May not be my super athletic husbands gym but perfect for me. Oh, and those 3 males having inappropriate conversations? Learned the manager fired them. Like it even more!

Been a member for 2 yrs. Havent used it as much as I should. It seems like a womens workout gym. My biggest wish is that the built in speakers worked for all of the equipment and the supposed wifi. I have asked about these things twice, since neither work and I get a "oh Im sorry" . Thats been months now.

Ive been going to this location for a couple of months but since my whole key tag broke I was asking for a new one they told me I would need to go online and transfer from the location I first opened up my account Im probably going to cancel now because they made it inconvenient for me to go workout

I normally use the gym at my office, but my wife has a membership here and on days that I work from home I go with her in the morning. The staff is always friendly and the equipment is always clean. It truly is a Judgement Free Zone were Gymtimidation and Lunky behavior are just not tolerated.

This is an excellent gym. It is fully equipped except for maybe barbells and heavier dumbbells, but for the price the quality and quantity is superb. I also heard horror stories about cancelling. If you follow the find print and its not complicated you should cancel with ease.

Just what I need for my workout: cardiovascular machines, weight machines, clean bathrooms with showers and I have never felt it too crowded when I go. The stretching area is too small and they dont always have a personal trainer on site to ask questions about the machines.

I am impressed at how well this gym is kept up. It is constantly being cleaned and the staff is always polite. It is just what I want in a gym. My old gym was constantly try to get me to upgrade or hire extra training, etc. This gym just says hi and lets you do your thing.

Some staff is great other staff could care less as they sit on the counters eating reading magazines. One girl just shops online while being annoyed with guests. What do you expect for $10 a month. I give an extra star instead of 2 as the equipment is at least maintained

Staff is super friendly! The guys that work in the evening are the best. Always smiling and ready to answer any question I may have. I am definitely no body builder so the equipment and weights they have are perfect for me. Will be recommending this place to my buddies!

Planet fitness has some odd rules for signing up. Make sure you do it online. I signed up and the employees were nice but after I had everything they didnt show me around and I had to find everything for myself which was a little confusing the first couple of times.

Customer service is absolute garbage here. Not until after I already signed up for a non refundable paid in full membership did I realize it. If you can avoid going to this location I strongly advise it. Horrible.

Mostly clean hardly any drifdraf. But need to start cleaning their male bathroom especially the sink at times it looks like a sin from a low class bus terminal. Some equipment needs repair or maintenance.
