Its a smaller gym but fairly new and still has all the amenities of the bigger Golds. Its not usually packaged but there are a few gym goers. As of Dec 2016, there were a lot less "regular-gym goers" (read into that how you will) than at Potranco. I liked how I could go from machine to machine and ever share a bench or machine without feeling like I was imposing on the next (alternative-truth) Mr. Olympia or Instagram superstar. This will probably change as the gym grows but not much can be done. BTW the pool and hot tub are indoor so usable during that cold weekend Texas call "Winter". Staff and Management is friendly. They also have a hidden ab area and good size functional fitness area with KBs and a wall-ball wall. The locker room and restroom is clean.

I walked in wanting to take a look around and also to ask for a guest pass as I am looking to move onto what I thought was a better gym, however the customer service was poor. I will not walk back in that gym. I could not look around because I am not a member, and the woman in the front referred me to go online for a guest pass. Even walking in the two at the front desk just looked at us. The whole vibe was disappointing. I was really hoping to make this my new gym, but I lost all interest. God bless!

Medium sized gym. Well maintenanced and newer generation work out equipment. Place isnt ever too crowded but I did notice theres a couple machines that they either dont have or have only on of. So you might be waiting on some ass hat that is "using" the machine (texting). Staff always greats you and says good bye, which is nice. No solid complaints for the price (extremely low) Im paying. Would be nice if it was bigger and had at least two of the more popular machines.

All week long Ive had bad experience especially with my guests, very poor customer service. I love the classes but the employees need more training in dealing with customers. No one knows anything, everyone you ask has a different answer. I have 4 that joined this gym and every guest pass Ive given theyve treated my guest very poorly. Ive even tried talking to a manager and theres no manager anywhere to be found smh.

Poor customer service. They are charging me twice and cannot compile with demands and lack understanding. When we first signed up we made an agreement to pay cash. We did just that, they said were allowed to pay ahead!!!! We did just that and got charged $19 now theyre saying we have to pay $10. I am not receiving a full refund. Such a scam! If youre going to pay, dont pay ahead! Fair warning.

Large gym with nice, working equipment. Gym is clean and has a wonderful indoor pool and jacuzzi. Only issue is that this gym charges an additional $10 a month for towel service. I very rarely use the pool but I think I will just add my own towel to my gym bag.

Poor customer service! I got my membership through my employer and I walked in expecting a tour and they said I could look around on my own. I was not informed that I could use my paper pass in the mean time. They told me to come back in a week for my key tag.

Never been to a golds gym got off work early with a co-worker from the Toyota plant. Wanted to check out the gym with him to see my first golds gym. Veteran with 3 years in iraq couldnt even check it out or tour it.....disappointing....

Love this gym. Never too crowed. Cleaning crew does an amazing job keeping this gym look like new. They have a lot of equipment for the medium space the gym has including a cardio cinema and pool. Staff is friendly. Great vibe.

love this gym the pool is awesome and the ladies room is always clean. The movie cinema is a little small and not many machines. If the hours were better on the weekend this would be my main gym ,but they arent.

The gym is nice because its new. Smaller compared to other golds and LA fitness. It gets pretty crowded during high traffic times (obviously). They could use more staff on hand ESP in the mornings.

Brand new gym kind of small but enough equipment to get a good workout in. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Open 5am-12pm mon-friday and 7am-7pm Saturday and Sunday.
