The sales person that attended me was one of the worse sales people I have come across. I am new to the area and went to a couple different gym to see what would be best for my needs. I got a few day passes so I could try it out before I make a decision. To make a long story short, towards the end of the tour of the gym, he asked if I would like to sign up in which I said if I could get a pass for a couple days or so, because I wanted to see how I felt after going a few days, In which he started arguing with me asking why, that I am there because it is convenient because of my location, that there is no reason to go anywhere else, pretty much trying to intimidate me using old school sales tactics (that dont work anymore) to get me to sign, I left after going back and forth with him because even if I had no good reason not to sign that is no excuse to treat me that way. I will never go to this location ever again because of how I was treated by him. I think they need to do better training on sales and customer service.

I have enjoyed this facility everytime I have attended except this time. I am sometimes only able to make it for 30-40 minutes due to my work schedule but have not had an issue with walking in that long before closing time ( as I shouldnt). This time, arrived at the gym 30 mins before closing time and the doors were locked. The desk was unattended so I tried calling. There was no answer but eventually another member came over and opened the door for me. By this point, a young lady came over to the desk. He asked her if the door was locked and she simply replied, " the door? Yes" took my badge and scanned me in. There were a good amount of people working out still and the hours were stated. I dont know if management is aware of the this employee doing this but I will be contacting their customer service/supervisor. I have never lingered after closing time nor have I seen any other member do so. Her actions are not excusable.

The day care is always hot and humid. Which causes it to smell funky.Have spoken to staff on subject. Stated they can only change the temp down 2 degrees. With the amount of revenue the gym receives they cant install wall mounted cyclone fans. this has been an ongoing issue. If I witness news sends a reporter or investigator Im sure somebody in corporate would move there ass to find a solution. After all its a health risk to children. There are a few trainers that I have seen texting while they are with clients. When the trainers are not busy they are talking amongst each other and hanging out, they should at least walk around and make sure people are lifting the right way. Why is the gym not finished?its been a year since it opened. On a positive note the gym has all the equipment I need. Sauna is always working and pool is very clean. The day care staff is always friendly and attentive to the kids.

Ive had only friendly & helpful interactions with the staff and am surprised to see the negative reviews. A week ago, I was swimming and thought I had another hour before closing. The gentleman on duty came to the pool to let me know it was closing time and was very patient and good-natured when I wasnt able to get changed and out the door until 5+ minutes after the closing time. I only manage to get there once, maybe twice a week, but I always leave satisfied with the facilities and the courtesy of staff and fellow gym-goers. My daughter goes much more frequently and loves meeting up with her friends there.

Business practices are unethical..sold me a years membership that was non-renewable. What does this mean? If I want to renew my membership, I have to pay another initiation fee. This is just a means to collect un-expensed revenue and line the pockets of the corporation. So instead of waving $149 charge, they will lose my business plus any business due to the reviews and word of mouth that I will put out there. It is a shame as I was willing to keep my membership intact but I cannot let this go...I am a member, why am I required to pay additional initiation fees. Someone wont be getting their commission today.

Been coming here since September of last year,only use the pool because of my knee replacements on both knees,enjoy the pool but,it seems like every other week we have a different water instructor,its very annoying and some think theyre are teaching a Zumba class very hard to keep up when your in water and shes not.And the pool is almost always cold.Just wish they had a good water Areobics instructor,alot of people quit coming bcause of that and pool being cold but not me ,I need to exercise,all I want is a good instructor.I dont even mind the cold water. Thank you

Its amazing how people write horrible reviews, only to see a bunch of good reviews right after that from various sources that dont leave a comment. Thanks for the fake posts to try up and the horrible rating of this place. Dont be fooled. L.A. has always had immaculate facilities but the people that work at this particular branch are horrible. They ruin everything good about the place. Wheres corporate when you need them to drop a hammer on their customer service department?

I like this place quite a bit so far. No contract. Nice weight room, seems to be the appropriate size for the volume of people. No waiting on a bench. Classes are include like with membership. At $25/ month for single club, its got sauna, full bball court, lap pool, and hot tub. Has all that I need for the right price. Ask for Amiel for a tour, he was a pleasure to deal with. Not pushy , and very upbeat and informative.

Worst gym ever. Opened way later than they told people they would and they wont even refund my membership like I was told would be able to. I have never even went since it didnt open on time. They talked it up so much but then they dont do what they say. And Im a 21 year old busting my butt to make it by and they took $140 from me. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Everything is well managed. Only thing this place is missing is a good/beverage service. It seems like the complaint is with the staff. I cant judge that because I interact with are swiping me in. Dont make the staff one of your options. Network! Ask someone who is working out...unless you absolutely NEED someone to hold your hand/weights for you.

The gym itself it nice but the customer service is terrible! And I decided to cancel my membership even after doing that .. they didnt say sorry to see you and your family go or how can we best your experience next time or something! Just ok its cancel. OK a good note that was easy to do.

Very bad service from staff/trainers. Overheard one trainer talking bad about a customer. Not there to motivate! Dont recomend if you are new going to the gym or dont have your routine set up.

The gym is nice and clean.. But the customer service is awful!! Crystal the manager is the worst It took her weeks to clear up the problem with my membership and still got it wrong !!
