Do not use this company. I did a 30 day trial for $30 "no obligation trial", and my employer transferred me to Dallas. I turned in my USB and keyfob, the staff was kind, accepted my items. I notified them in person that I was being transferred. I was clear that I was moving and could not use the facility. I produced a signed handwritten statement that I was moving, provided my new address, and stated no further charges are authorized. They started charging me a month later, for the next 5 months... "on a month to month membership". When I try to call to discuss this with them, their phone just rings and rings....no one answers, no answering machine, no way to contact them. When I call ASF, who administers the charges, ASF informs me that they have proof of membership attendance. I live 5 hours away, one way, so it is not me. Perhaps the staff gave my key fob to someone else to use for free, while charging me. I will pursue this. This merchant continued to bill me without my permission. ***Beware when giving your credit card information to this merchant.***
