It was worst experience ever. They gave me appointment for 8:30Am. When I went thr they said all the staff is in meeting they will be back by 10 if u want you can wait. Then around 10:15 I asked them how much long the front desk lady said oh doc is not available she will be here by 12 noon blaaa* blaaaa* so do u wanna see an other doc I said ok. Then they called me after 15 min. I went inside she checked my son weight nd stuff thn she said wait in the doc room. I waited for doc almost 30 min. She came nd checked my son in 5 min and said nurse will come nd give the shots. Then after 30 min nurse came and said we are out of 3 shot do u want all together or 2 first I said ok give him what ever u have. She said we will call u in 2 weeks. Now its been 1 month nobody called me. I was thr 8:30 Am to almost 1 pm. The worst part is my son got too clots in his leg becoz of that 2 shots. Its fine now.

3 months ago I give this location a bad review because of the wait time on the phone and in office, also staff had poor customer service. But the past two times I have brought my son to see the NP, the customer service has gone from 2 star to 5 stars. Love the new layout and kid friendly waiting rooms. Check-in is much easier with the new kiosk. I would have to wait 2 hours before, now its about 45 minutes to 1 hour wait to see the NP. Much better!!! And I liked that one of the nurses came in to informed me that they are working behind and that if I needed anything just to let her know. What a change!!! After she told me that I didnt mind the wait. Great job with all the improvements Communicate has done and I hope they continue to improve. I could not be happier with they service.

Set up an appointment for a psych evaluation for my struggling child over a month ago. Day before the appointment they called to say tthe doctor with whom we set up the appointment was not going to take my child on as a patient. When I called to see if I could reschedule with another doctor all they could say is that my child what "out of scope" for their office but could not explain to me what this meant. If we were "out of scope" why wasnt this explained over a month ago when I set the appointment. Now I have to start my search for a child psychologist all over again. They clearly have no compassion for patients if this is how they run their practice. Also agree with others that getting anyone to answer phone and return phone calls is nearly imposible.

Today I took my son for his appointment & I checked in in the new main desk they have at the main lobby, I waited exactly an hour to get called in but it never happened so I finally asked the nurse how much longer for my son to be called in & she went in to check & came back & asked me if he was gonna be seen by the doctor because I wasnt checked in , I asked how if I checked in at the desk outside & she went to check but the receptionist NEVER actually checked me in. I couldnt believe it, such lack of patient care & customer service. They also never have their vaccines in so my son still hasnt gotten all the shots his supposed to get at 4 months. Switching doctors I just need to find someone thats actually good.

Horrible experience!!! Every time I come to this location. Rude customer service, medical assistants dont acknowledge you. High turnover rate. New faces every time i come in. One of the doctors said my daughter was overweight, no compassion especially when a girl has a complex about her weight! The WAIT TIME IS RIDICULOUS, NEXT TIME YOU ARE RUNNING BEHIND PLEASE BE KIND ENOUGH WHEN YOU CHECK IN PATIENTS, LET THEM KNOW. DONT OVER BOOK!!! HAVE BEEN HERE FOR AN HOUR AND STILL HAVENT BEEN SEEN!!! THEY PROBABLY DONT DESERVE TO EVEN HAVE A 1 STAR!!

Dr.nazli Uppal was the worst doctor I have ever seen. I have some serious health issues. I have seen a lot of doctors. This one shouldnt be allowed to be a doctor. She wouldnt listen to Anything I was saying and just wrote me off. Didnt want to send me to specialist which I have to see. She started insulting me in more than one way. I advise anyone else to stay away from her. Horrible doctor!!!!

Im not even a patient there but I went inside because I saw a kid lose a shoe and so I went inside to drop it off at 1 of the clinics but there was no one to be found, Clinic 1 NO ONE, Clinic 2 NO ONE, Clinic 3 NO ONE I guess the WHOLE building was on lunch break lol! If that was a clinic I had to go to, I would definitely be disappointed, the few patients that were there looked stressed out.

Horrible every time I have a doctor appointment for my daughter I have to wait for one hour at the lobby, and another 30 minutes on the room before the doctor comes in to check her. So if you dont have anywhere to be for the whole day I guess you be fine but if you have kids and errans to do dont even bother. What the point to even make a appointment.

They didnt even told us that our doctor of years no longer works there,not a courtesy call or anything.We decided to make an apointment with the doctor they had, horrible experience, just absolutely horrible. I walked out of there and just went to the emergency room. This place is a joke.

The staff is fine at this location. It is the call center that needs more employees! The fact that I couldnt get a test done because they had to be on the phone on hold for an hour was ridiculous! Oh and awesome, I was just on hold for 45 min and got hung up on!

Waited 1-1/2 hours and saw the doctor almost 2minutes. Told them where to send prescriptions 3 times brought them the phone number and still sent them to the wrong pharmacy
