I like Anytime Fitness, I hate the Canyon Lake Location. The staff is unfriendly and not helpful-- and it wasnt always like that. No one is there by 9am, the beginning of their supposed "staffed hours". I tried to cancel my membership via certified mail-- received the tag back and was STILL CHARGED. Tried calling but again, no one is there until after 9:30 or even LATER THAN THAT. This location is awful. Just take the trip to the Bulverde location, its the one I started off at.

Obviously Im not the only one who came to sign up during business hours and could not get in. I understand that once your a member you have a key to get in, but when the hours say someone is available from 9am-7pm then you should follow through with the business operating hours. I would give no stars if I could.

This Place obviously does not want buisness. I went during normal buisness hours to sign up (Im new to the area) and all doors were locked and everyone stared at me through the windows.

I stop by this location a few times a year when I visit family, it has always been clean with really friendly staff. Definitely recommended to anyone who lives in the area!

Air conditioning is constantly not working. If I wanted to workout in such conditions, I wouldnt need to join a gym.
