On Friday 6.10.16 I made an appointment for the following day- Saturday 6.11.16 at 1pm. I was running late so I called at 12:40 to see if it would be an issue if I came 10 minutes late due to traffic. I was assured it would not be an issue by the gentlemen that answered the phone. When I showed up- they seemed upset to have a costumer. I let them know that I had just called and apologized again for being late for my 1pm appointment- it was 1:06 by this point. The gentleman that seemed to be the boss- simply turned and made a comment that someone by the same name was a no show early in the morning. (Obviously not me). He made a gesture for me to take a seat on one of the chairs- and a girl who works there seemed annoyed and got up to cut my hair: no thanks! They had no recollection of my phone call- which is surprising since they were slow and I had just called. Extremely rude- definitely would not recommend. The girl that got up to cut my hair just seemed annoyed that she had to stop chatting with her friend on the couch. Its called a job- try it! I was excited to try this place out since it had some good reviews- but costumer service is definitely lacking. Disappointment at its best.

Great experience for a first time shave and haircut! I have always wanted a nice shave and after a nice Holiday beard was ready for its cut I figured I would give this place a go. I was greeted very kindly by the staff and offered a drink right away. My Barber (Jessica) had already informed me over the phone that an appointment was not needed but suggested for better service. I was scheduled for a 2pm shave and cut and there she was waiting. She started with a standard cut but then it turned into an experiment in perfection. Ive gotten so many bad hair cuts in my life it almost seemed strange that she was trying her hardest to make sure the cut looked just perfect. Once the haircut was over we started with the shave.... heaven might be going overboard but I can tell you now that I know why our wives spend so much money at salons and nail salons.... you dont want it to end! From the hot towel and face massage to the wonderful attention to detail during the shave. Then when I thought it was all over she ended it with an electric massager to the scalp and back. I will be back again for sure and cant wait to find another reason to pamper myself with the full service. Thanks again Jessica!

When I called to ask if they accepted walk ins and he said yes. He said he had an appointment an hour from when I called and we were in the shopping center. Then we walk in a few moments later and the appointment changed to ten minutes from when I walked in. Then said he worked by appointments only. We tip generously but were not give the opportunity to try them out. I cant stand people that use the race or gay card for no reason but due to their change of tone in person from the phone I would like to mention that we are a lesbian couple. My partner has always gone to barber shops for a reason but this is the first time she has ever been treated this rudely.

I love this place. I get my hair cut by Angie, who is just a remarkable talent. Coming in is such a great escape from the hustle and bustle of daily business. Once I make an appointment I spend the day looking forward to it. Why? Because I always know Ill get: - a cold drink when I come in - a comfortable, old-school chair to sit and relax in - funny, awesome conversation with Angie (Bowie forever!) and the rest of the barbers - an awesome, thorough haircut and styling that leaves me feeling on top of my game - that badass massage to top it all off There arent a lot of luxuries a man can get for under 30 bucks. My time here is worth every damn cent.

As soon as I walked in, Chris Medina made me feel like a valued customer. When I went to the desk, looking for a sign-in sheet, he said, "Were not that kind of barber shop," and immediately treated me to professional and courteous service. While he was giving me an excellent hair cut, I told him about the service I had been receiving from another barber with which I had stayed too long. (Guess the sign-in sheet at that place should have been my clue they were turning into Supercuts.) Chris told me, "Welcome to your new home." Chris, youre right! ... And thank you!

I have been getting my hair cut here exclusively for about four years now and I will continue to do so until they close or I move. If you are looking for a genuine barber shop experience, this is your barber shop. There is no one else in the city I would trust with a straight razor, either. And no better feeling than a super clean shave after a mind-numbing hot towel! I often find the experience is legitimately therapeutic after a stressful day of work.

This has been my go to place for years. I typically get my haircut by Angie, who is a rockstar, but everyone there has cut my hair once or twice and Ive always been satisfied. Clean, neat space and very professional staff. I have recommended this place to many friends and colleagues and have heard only positive feedback. They do take appointments and they also have a shoe shine guy as well. The shoe shine is also top notch.

Ive been going to this fine establishment for over a year now and have always been able to make an appointment with any of their stylists without any hassle. Services at the barber shop are top notch and the staff are very friendly. On top of chopping off nearly 9 inches of hair today, I had my first straight razor shave today there and truly had an experience! Highly recommend this place!

Wasnt that great. I used clippers at home to blend at the top for the fade cause she didnt do what I asked. Didnt notice I had to clean up the cut until I got home and used a mirror to check out the back also. Oh well, but beside I wont be going back it is a visually appealing nice place. No soda drink offered like before.. not a problem but when did they stop serving them to guests?

Ive been coming here for years. I used to bounce around from whatever shop was closest when I felt the need for a cut. Once I came here, I stopped looking. The quality of the cuts and the service makes It a standout. Ive used Mario, Angie, Jennifer and Chris and Ive had excellent cuts from them all. I always recommend people to give them a try because I know they wont regret it.

Great, Friendly Service. The place is really nice and the barbers are friendly. only place i know where you can get a good haircut and shave while watching a movie and drinking a beer, cost is affordable and worth it. also while waiting you can even shoot some pool. i highly recommend this place ASK for Christopher Medina

This is a great place to get a haircut and the prices are very reasonable compared to other places. The atmosphere is relaxing and all the people that work there are very friendly. Angie is top notch and really knows her craft--- I couldnt ask for anything more as she exceeds my expectations every time. Thanks guys!!
