Been in here 4 or 5 times. Location is conveniently right around the corner from my townhouse. My wife decided to get her bangs and length cut there. The first time she went in there the lady Terry who had been cutting my hair wasnt there, so Julie cut it and she was thrilled with the outcome. The 2nd time she went Terry was there sitting outside and wasnt friendly at all. She went in not knowing that Julie was there and Eddie told her he didnt cut ladies hair and said for her to go outside and ask Terry to do it. She went outside and Terry wasnt friendly with her. Each time Ive gone there there has been attitude problems and its pot luck on me being happy with the outcome of my haircut. Them being rude to my wife is the LAST straw. Ill try somewhere else that will appreciate our business.

Read the reviews and they seemed good so I thought I would give them a try. Walked in Saturday morning and wasnt greeted, although the customers who came in after me were. Only 2 barbers on a Saturday morning in a six chair shop. Only 3 people ahead of me but was taking forever. The customer next to me was on his phone talking loudly, very annoying. He finally is the next guy up so he gets up and sits down in the chair chatting loudly in Spanish with the Barber. He then gets up and goes to the restroom while the barber cools his heels for 10 minutes. Finally, I decided to leave. Again, no acknowledgement. This place has horrible customer service. Felt like I was invisible.

Walked in after enjoying a meal at John the Greek. Unfriendly staff was on his phone and did not greet me until I turned to leave. I asked if they accepted walk-ins. I sat down, and Eddie was back on his phone. I showed him a picture of the desired haircut and he proceeded to butcher my hair like a novice barber. Attempted small talk was inane and not enjoyable by any means. Eddie did use a strait-razor on my neckline which would have been very nice if not for the fact that the blade was not fresh and possibly had been used on other clients. Overall a bad experience and I cannot recommend Park Oaks Barber Shop to anyone.

Ive been here twice and had the best, and worst haircut Ive ever had in years here a month apart. First time the older woman did such a perfect job I was thrilled. Second time a month later the guy butchered my hair 1 day before vacation. Took 6 weeks for my hair to fix itself. Dont go here unless its with the woman.

My Husband is Tom Ross. The reason I didnt ask for Julie is because I didnt know her name and didnt see her until she walked in from the back room. In any event, its all about customer service with a smile. That was not my experience.

In town from Houston on business and I needed a haircut. Julie did a great job with my haircut and I also had a very relaxing shave. Reasonable prices and a much better experience than a typical salon. Would recommend.

I asked for a light trim on top . The dude butchered my hair . Spent half his time looking away wile cutting my hair . Not happy at all . Wont be going back again .
