After waiting for over 30 minutes a barber returned from lunch and allowed his friend to jump the line. When I mentioned that others had been there longer the barber said, "If you dont like it you can go someplace else." Calling and speaking to Craig, who I assume is the owner, was useless. Not only is the customer service terrible, but the haircuts arent that great. The only reason Ive gone here is because its close to my house.

instead of the harsh words given by the low raters here i offer constructive criticism: maybe make it known in advance: "by appointment only, walk-ins unwelcome" as when i walked in and, what looked like available staff did their best to ignore and avoid eye contact as if i was a bum about to ask for spare change - after some 15 minutes i left

One barber was just there just on his phone. Lots of people waiting and not one recognition from anyone. I was recommended by a friend, but walked out after not being acknowledged by any of the guys there. They may be great barbers, but they have the customer service skills of a box of rocks.

This place is absolutely top notch! I got a cut today from the owner and he did a great job. There was no wait, professional service, and the cut was exactly what I wanted. Couldnt ask for a better place to get a hair cut. Next time Im in town Ill be back.

I was optimistic walking into this barber shop since the majority of the reviews were positive. Although, I received one of the worst hair cuts in my entire life. I hope you have a good experience, but I cannot recommend this place at all.

Maybe I just got used to chain stores like Great Clips and havent been to a real barber shop in years, but this is the most attention my hair has gotten in years. The cut looks fantastic and for a very reasonable price

What an awesome barbershop. You cant go wrong with any of the barbers, they are all pros. They also have shoe shine services for a great price and always have a cold beverage available for customers.

Great atmosphere, very manly. Barbers were courteous and patient with my 2 & 5 year old boys & myself. They even gave my 2 year old goodies for his first haircut. Well certainly be coming back.
