First off... Reliable Staffing is an agency that attempts to charge you a fee for their recruiting services. This right here is a RED FLAG warning bells should sound immediately. The role of the Recruiter is to find you a position that meets as many of your career aspirations as possible. NOT CHARGE $25 fee. Reliable Staffing is such a horrible place, the recruiters (owners Rene & Amys family members) are NOT professional at all. They are rude and they are just MONEY HUNGRY. They post lots of FAKE ads. Keep getting voice mail and no one ever calls you back. The receptiontist (Samantha) is unfriendly, rude and unprofessional. NO ONE should be put up to this sorry temporary agency. Rene and Amy are being reported to the BBB!

I Just wanted to express how disappointed I am with this office. First of all, there is an employee there by the name of Ashley Mendoza who assisted me and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Someone like that should not be employed in an establishment like this and should be reprimanded for her actions. This type of job requires excellent customer service/people skills, so if she does not enjoy communicating with people, or helping people, then she is in the wrong profession. Reliable staffing is also the exact opposite of their name...UNRELIABLE, they dont pay their employees on time and have really bad service. If I could rate them with negative stars I would. I am extremely disgusted with this office!!!!!!!!!

I called for info and got their call center twice. Then when I spoke to a woman she was kinda rude and told me "hold up" didnt ask "can I please place u on hold" then she came back on the phone to say "hold on" again. After being on the phone for 4 mins with only speaking to a person for less then a minute a guy came on and tried to help me. He just seemed to rush me off the phone. Im sorry but I was so upset with their phone service towards me. Maybe these other comments were lies or fake.

Reliable Staffing is a great company! They are all so dedicating in helping people find a job. Adriane Gonzales is very energetic and very eager to to give all her attention to each individual who walks in the door. She is very determined when it comes to helping people find what they are looking for. Rene Aguallo, the owner of the company, is very passionate about this business and providing people with work. Reliable Staffing is a very professional and dependable agency to work with!

Blanco Rd location. Work over 30 hours for them and when I went to pick up my check they had me come back 3 days later and had my paper work not completed. Came back 3 days later and they told me I couldnt have my check unless I take a drug test. WHAT!?! The regional Manager that was there, poor attitude, told me come back Friday,another 4 days from now for my check. Smh.. I really needed this money, over $250 check,now Ill be behind on bills that needed to be paid today.

I used the online serve off there website to find a job and a short time later I got a call for a interview. All went great and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and I had a ton of them. In the end I got the job and was very thankful to Reliable staffing for getting me this position. Thanks so much everyone.
