Shaun has been servicing Holt Cat for many years and his service is above and beyond expectations. There are times that I have not had the time to take my uniforms to the drop off, but he always checks to see if we have anything that needs to be tuned in when he comes by to drop off our invoice for the week. When he is not here we definitely see a difference in service. As we say here at Holt Cat: "My goal is to provide legendary customer service. Did I earn a 10 today? " I would say "Shawn , you have provided Legendary Customer Service and have earned a 10!!!" Thank you Shawn, for a job well done.

Our stop is just one on his largest account but he will always take the time to ensure that everything is going well with the uniforms. Nick Ulrich has been wonderful. I can send him an email at anytime and he responds right away. If we are in need of supplies for whatever reason, he follows through on what he says and makes sure we have/gets them. He always has a smile on his face and is very pleasant to work with. Adam made a special delivery today to bring in clean uniforms and helped me locate the ones dropped off on Monday.
