False advertising! They proudly display in the front window that they do expert alterations. However they dont tell you that you first need to take it to an ACTUAL tailor somewhere else so they can put in all the pins and marks to make the changes and THEN they can just sew along the lines......How exactly is that expert alterations? and why wouldnt I just have the tailor then do it in the first place. Just stupid.

Wow! Just needed minor alterations on 2 shirts... $43 !!! Outrageous price! Could have bought new shirts for that price! Very low quality work and overpriced!! NEVER going back there again! Save your money & go to another cleaners that does better quality work! The term "highway robbery" comes to mind! :( Like others that have reviewed, I would have given a big fat 0 on the stars but had to choose 1 star!

I had been coming to city cleaners for a while now. Id say a couple of years but the name was different before. Well, either the lady who was there today had no idea what she was talking about but to simply launder 3 toddler casual cotton dresses was outrageous! The lady there also took over 10 minutes to quote me. Never going there again! Id give the rating a 0 star but I had to pick one.

The owner doesnt care about hes customers, they ruined one of my ties as I said to him and it was obvious the that tie was ruined he said they will fix it 3 weeks past and the tie was never fix, the owner never returned my calls, when I picked up my last dry cleaners from them one of the workers give me an attitude as if I was the one that did the wrong.

The worst cleaners Ive dealt with professionaly, i called the lady they said theyd be more than happy to do same day cleaning, as i get to the location the man in charge of using the machine denied me services just beacuse he was having a bad day. All i needed done was one sleeve, he preferred to get his day done quickly and drop off clothing instead.

4 Shirts ruined at this place out of 7, worst customer service ever... DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, DO NOT TRUST YOUR VALUED CLOTHING IN THIS PLACE EVER, employees justifying themselves and not even able to solve issues, more than $800 DAMAGE and this place did not even ATTEMPT to fix their damages.

My experience has great. My uniforms, shirts and jeans are always cleaned and pressed nicely. They are ready on time and Ive never had a bad experience with any of the employees.
