Do not take your stuff here unless you want to pay for damages to your items. Had 3 pairs of shoes taken to cleaned. To the cimmaron store. (They told me they send all their stuff here on nolana) One was cleaned, the other still had previous stain and one had drops of white marks on the pair. Looked like some sort of chemical dropped and made white spots. They sent it back to have it fixed... basically marked with blue color of some sort. Have pictures but dont see an option of attachment here so I will post on yelp. I could have done that with a sharpie at home. Actually better! The front ladies tell me to contact the manager at A1 cleaners plant on nolana. Took me several tries and finally did. She says theres no bleach on her property and when I explained the blue mark looks like someone scribbled blue marker on the shoes, she says its a dye they used. She tried to tell me to go back for a refund and send it to some place that can determine the damage. If it was there before nothing and if it was their fault they will pay for damages. Thought it was too much trouble and decided to just throw away the pair. Agh! The manager said she was the best in town.. guess standards here are way below expected. So disappointed.
