I will start by saying that the facility is clean. I worked out with the owner a deal for me to drop and have my sheets folded for my cleaning company on a weekly basis. All was well until the they changed management and employees. I came in 3 weeks in Jan to pick up my order. At that time the new employee advised that I owe 60.00 and that I need to pay it if I want my sheets. I advised her to call her manager and I got on the phone with the owner. The manager Lisa advised me that she is on a shuttle from the airport and to wait for her to get my things. I felt like I was being held hostage along with my items. I refused, I lost it. They advised me to provide receipts, which I did and I got nothing but "sorry for the mix up" Since then they have done nothing to make this situation right. I advised the owner that I will leave a review on how things were handled. He finally reaches out as of today asking what I would make me happy. I advised a free drop and load due to how I was handled. I dropped off two separate loads this week at the amount of 78.00, he declined crediting one. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ive just gotten back from Laundry Works and I cant be happier with my experience. No quarters needed! They have a machine that takes cards and cash and gives you a card to use on washers and dryers alike. In addition to staff present, they have security cameras and free wi-fi. The facility is very clean, the machines are brand-new and hi-tech, energy efficient, and water-saving. The expense is comparable with other nearby facilities. They have a scale, which will help you decide which machines to use. Washing and drying your clothes should take about an hour, probably less. I was greeted at the door by one of the owners who explained the new machinery, which is simple, but not intuitive to use. Next time Im sure Ill be able to get through the process on my own without any direction, although Im confident that someone will be there to help if I cant. The dryers, if not unloaded, will periodically spin, keeping your clothes from getting wrinkled. As I left, I was wished a good-night by name by the other owner. Go there! Keep it open!

Very nice interior. Dryers are very cheap and extremely fast + effective. Clothes smell very nice and "feel clean" coming from the fast washers. The equipment is all new and seems hard to break. The washers also require less detergent than normal which is good money savings. There are some free parking spots. I especially like that theres no need for customers to clean lint our of the dryers manually. They have some really big washers in case you have quilts, bedding, or just a ton of clothes. The laundry cards are free + easily and quickly loaded with credit card. Its nice not to worry about quarters anymore. The staff have always been very kind to me. Fast + secured free Wifi. Speed test on my phone showed 41 Mbps down, 6 Mbps up, and fast ping/low latency. A couple nice water fountains. Couldnt think of a better laundromat. Highly recommended.

Vey expensive for the size of the machines and there is little space for folding clothes. They also use a card system that has a $5 minimum load. So if you have a bit of money left on the card you cant use it or get it back in anyway. Your only option is to refill it past $5 and use their washers again, but Id rather lose the money and go somewhere else. Editing this review because the machines do clean well, but there is still a lack of folding space that makes it difficult to laundry here.

Pretty great that you can put money on a laundry card with a credit card. Not so great that you will pretty much always have money left over on the card. Also theres no option to just pop change in the machines; it all has to go through the card. EXCEPT if you want to buy soap. That cant be purchased with the card. And only pods are available. Overall a very clean and quiet place, though, with modern, quick washers.

Have done my laundry here and had no complaints until today. I stopped in around 10 pm and asked the attendant what the hours were. She told me they close at 11:30 pm last wash in at 10:30. So i loaded one wash in and ran an errand. when i returned at 10:50, the place was dark and locked up!! I called their phone number and was told the attendant probably went home early! Not good business people!!!!

A very clean and comfortable laundry mat. Instead of inserting quarters, you buy a laundry card with cash or credit card. This is what you use to pay. The smaller washers start at $2.49 and the largest is $5.49 while the drivers are 0.43 per 8 min. The attendant was great. He was very helpful to me as it was my first time to use a laundry mat of this sort.

Very convenient, especially since you do not need to scrap together coins (there is a laundry card system where you can fill your card with cash or a credit card). Fast and efficient, high quality washers of various sizes too! I highly recommend this place for a smooth laundry experience. :)

Very friendly and helpful staff. Even when busy Ive never had to wait. Ive only been to maybe 5 laundromats in my life but this place is by far the quickest and most pleasant! Machines work great and I can usually do 3-4 loads and be done within an hour!

This laundromat has first rate washing machines and dryers, it is clean, and the attendant is extremely helpfuI. She went out of her way to show me how to work their machines. I went there today, and would go back in the future.

So far so good. First time today. Great machines. Great service. Very clean. Washers are a ittle pricey, but you get back what you pay for. Drying machines are fast and cheap, but may require more than one swipe.

This place was horrible! Left my laundry there to get done and two Tshirts came back with holes in them. Ran into owner and he was super rude. Will never go back there again!

I didnt know laundromats could be nice inside. Also bonus for staff that actually went above and beyond to get first laundry card through the machine (Im used to quarters).
