I had washed my jeans here while doing other laundry and I forgot all about them. Went back the next day looked in the basket where they keep the lost and found and only found one pair. Apparently the lost and found is actually a free clothes bin. Wish they would police it. Also just know if you do laundry here youll be dodging small children running around unattended and youll have a hard time moving a basket about because its busy all the time except at night.

So Sunday, (3/12/17) will be the last time I come to this location. I went in intending to wash my clothes. What I found was plenty of malfunctioning machines (Im talking whole rows of machines out of order) and an associate picking a fight with a patron, making obvious statements about what time she gets out of work. This used to be a nice place. Just know that I left and took my money elsewhere. I will not be returning.

PROS:::: *Convenience is the key... this place is 24hrs... well lit... nice staff... even has free wifi while you wait.... *Games for the kids... *Plenty of space... *Clean and tidy... *Restrooms are clean... *Handicap Parking... CONS::: *Peak times can be a hassle... Theres no parking available during peak times... and sometimes, some people WILL double park in front of you and leave their car unattended....

Im sitting at the location on Cameron Rd, and while I was outside someone tried to grab the laundry cart we were using. It was sitting right next to my fiancée. When my fiancée told him we were using it he went to an employee. The employee told the guy, "Shes just a little white girl, take it from her." She then walked over and took the cart from her.

this place is awesome. clean and helpful staff.and its open 24 hrs... oh dont fall asleep while doing your laundry. someone just may fold them and put your stuff on top of your vehicle... they even paid for the dryer and said nothing about it... woke up hours later and i saw a mountain of clean dry and folded clothes on my truck.

Clean, efficient. The prices are a little higher than I thought but I previously used a laundromat about a year ago in Dallas so I might not be the best gauge of price here in Austin. Parking wasnt troublesome at all and a wide variety of machines are available here. Would happily recommend :)

Very clean, I never have to wait for a machine, and great service. The wash n fold service is incredible, but over twice the price of doing it yourself. Worth it if youre super busy. Waiting there isnt bad--its warm in winter and cool in the summertime, with Wi-Fi, TV and snack machines.

I work late hours so got stuck coming here at night. When I opened up the machines the inside smelled really bad. Something wrong with the water. I left and waited until the next day for a better place. Just a heads up for all you folks who work late.
