Worse cleaners in all of DFW area. I was promised my pants that were being altered would only take one week, turns out it took three weeks. I drove to the store about a dozen times and was told they didnt know where they were. Finally I had to write a letter to "manager" asking for my pants or money for the 6 pair they couldnt find. I never received a call from the so called "manager ". Finally I drove up there again today and my pants magically appeared. They were not cleaned or pressed as requested. Alterations were sloppy !! The "manager" was there and never once apologized for the inconvenience they caused me , I requested a discount for the delay and hassle and the "manager" rolled her eyes and said she couldnt give me a discount. Never once did she apologize all she did was make excuses !!! I WILL NEVER GET MY CLOTHES CLEANED OR ALTERED THERE AGAIN . BAD SERVICE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.

Very poor cleaning services. I took in 3 suits and 2 blazers. They placed all of my blazer including a nice winter velvet blazer on a single wire hanger. The cleaning quality was very poor and steam wrinkles are very visible on my sleeves as well as collar and lapel. $40 for a very poor job. Also, the lining in one of my blazers had come undone and I know it wasnt like that when I took it in. Instead of just saying if we did this we apologize and will fix it. I was told we didnt do that (as if he saw everything that went on with my blazer) but, they will fix it...I will not be returning after I pick up my blazer.

This cleaner is awesome. The cashiers at Bright Cleaners are friendly, greet you by name, and make sure all your clothes are cleaned to your specific specs. I brought in a huge load with a lot of different criteria for my items. They took the time to put it all in the system and the clothes came back perfect. Ive tried the cleaners down the street but they werent nearly as professional and they were more expensive.

These folks do a great job and are generally friendly. I go past several cleaners to take my clothes to be cleaned @ Bright Cleaners. I just called to see if I could pick up early and instead of blowing me off like some would do, they went in back and checked to make sure the last piece of my order was finished. Thats good business and it justifies my decision to drive further to do business with these folks!

Ive been to dozens of different cleaners over the years and I can tell you Ive never been more satisfied. Bright cleaners is fast, efficient, and very friendly. I moved to a new home recently that has a dry cleaner around the corner from me and I still choose to take my suits, shirts, etc to this location. Its easy to get to and the prices are very competitive and always consistent.

very good price and service, I never used dry cleaner service before and this is my first place and I was shocked that it was cheap, I had 10 pieces including 2 suit and the total under $30! just one of my shirt got a stain on the neck...

The people at Bright Cleaners are always friendly, greet you with a smile, and actually get to know you as a person and not just a number. Their quality is excellent and their prices are the best in town. I highly recommend them.

Horrible!!! My husband dropped clothes off on 02/20/16 and they told us will be done on Monday 02/22/16. Its Tuesday 02/23/16 and THEY DONT KNOW WHERE OUR CLOTHES ARE!
