Ruined Black Jeans. I will never go here again. My first visit resulted in black jeans faded to grey. I asked to make a complaint to owner. I was given message through an employee that the jeans were dry cleaned as I had asked and also that she followed the directions on the tag which said to wash in cold water and inside out. So I again asked if they were dry cleaned or laundered in cold water. The answers were contradictory. I never received a straight forward answer to that question only that there is nothing they can do for me and told me to take jeans back to retailer. Very disappointed...

Wow guess I should have read reviews before going and could have saved myself the trouble. Was charged $55 for 11 items never have used a dry cleaner before maybe thats normal but when you asked at least 3 times for the price at drop off and were given excuses as to why they cant tell you the price makes so much sense NOW!! MANGER NOT HELPFUL AT ALL BUT PRETTY MUCH CALLED ME A LIAR AFTER SAYING HER "EMPLOYEE" KNOWS BETTER!

They dont do a very good job of cleaning my items. They also lost a pair of my pants. Wont ever go there again!
