Star Brite is conveniently located for the downtown work crowd and has a small parking lot with reserved spots. We got a Groupon deal that they allowed for us to stack with their own coupons. We found we got what we paid for. There remained a large stain on a mens dress shirt and it wasnt pointed out that they were unable to remove it. I would have preferred they were up front about the stain instead of us figuring it out when we got home. The other clothes we had cleaned turned out clean and we were satisfied. My recommendation when you go here is to over communicate. let them know the stains ahead of time. When you return, open up the plastic and make sure the stain is gone since their QA here is not very good.

I decided to try Star Brite, as my previous cleaners pressed my dress shirts awkwardly so that the collars laid flat. I explained this to the lady at the counter at Star Brite. She said no problem and would note it. I picked up 11 shirts the next day, and pointed out that all the collars were pressed in the awkward way. She said theyd redo them. I get a call 2 hours later from the lady (very nice person, btw), who stated that "the boss" came by and she pointed out the issue and he just said tough thats the way we do it. So I picked my shirts up and will never return. Customer service seems to not be a priority.

Good work, pretty fast. Would have given a five, but they require you to mention their coupons every time. I mean, come on, do I really have to mention the $1.99 special for every shirt I bring in?

Quick and effective. Be sure to have coupons from their website pulled up on your phone and show them to the ladies when you drop your clothes off!
