My mom worked here for few months, if upper managements were ever aware of the lower management behavior and did something about it, this place wouldve been a great place to work at, but unfortunetely they dont, Daniel, supervisor for peoduction is very underestimated and Rocio & Manuela are fused to make miserable all those that are not Mexicans, everyone works here under their presurre and constant harrasment, threat of loosing their job and manage their way for your complain Not to go far enough, Rocio is a pain in the butt and Manuela is a disaster as manager allowing Rocio to mistreat everyone in the produccion floor, the highest admin members are not aware of the racial issues as well as mistretments to the produccion floor, I know both languages english and spanish and I have seen them critizice in front of those applying right in their face...minimun wage would be ok if ROCIO & MANUELA are out but they dont worth your waste of time for such as low pay, they need more Daniel like and less fkng rocio n manuela, we are filing a lawsuit btw
