I cant emphasize enough how impressed I am with EcoClean. Before using them, I perused both Google and Yelp to learn more about them. Their reviews were so overwhelmingly positive that the bar was set pretty high. Even still, they exceeded them! I had them wet clean (their specialized system for the standard dry clean) a dozen items. In addition, I asked them to launder multiple button downs and perform a standard wash on a few other items. In total, they cleaned around 25 items for me. Everything came back great! All my clothing was returned looking like new and came back neatly pressed and folded...with a special folding/hanging technique for sweaters to avoid "shoulder bumps"! Keep in mind, they came to my home and returned it all as well...free of charge! In addition, they gave me a garment bag for future orders! EcoClean communicates exceedingly well. They welcomed me during the signup process and provided personal e-mails during the confirmation process. My online account was updated to let me know they had received all items and how much to expect to pay. And the price was very impressive! I expected to break the bank with so many items and with the delivery process. But that wasnt the case at all! Overall, I paid a little more than a $100. I expected to pay around $180-$220 based on competitor pricing. Again....incredibly impressed with these guys! I am not being paid to say this. Heck, Ive never even met anyone there face-to-face! Im just a very happy customer and want to ensure this local business thrives...because I know Im going to need to utilize their services some more!

Take your clothing and fabrics to EcoClean! Investing in quality clothing and the care for that clothing is such a worthy investment - so much better to have EcoClean and their fabric friendly ways keep your clothes in your closet and on your body for much longer than would otherwise happen with harsh chemicals breaking down fibers more quickly, not to mention the benefits of water vs. harsh chemicals for your skin, respiratory system, and the natural environment that is the last link in the chain for detergents and chemicals used for cleaning. EcoClean has gone out of their way to handle my special needs as an out-of-town customer, they give great referrals, and their fabric people are super knowledgable about all kinds of natural and synthetic fibers, combinations of the two, and how wet cleaning will affect those fibers. They turn away fibers and / or weavings if there is even a chance that wet cleaning will mess with the articles sizing or appearance, which I really appreciate; they are looking out for your clothing and the product they turn out ahead of taking money, consequences be damned. They are a great business - help yourself and protect your clothing investments by using them and help them grow and thrive in Austin!

I couldnt be more upset by my experience with EcoClean. I searched both Yelp and Google reviews to find the best, most efficient and competent Dry Cleaners to take care of a winter jacket. I brought in the jacket on Tuesday, and was assured by the front desk clerk that the jacket would be cleaned and ready by Wednesday at 5pm. He even double checked with the "pro" aka manager on duty who was also positive they would be able to clean the jacket with no problems. I even prepaid! On Tuesday evening I went to pick up the jacket, only to find that it had not be cleaned AT ALL. There was no voicemail on my phone informing me of this. No email. NOTHING. This was completely contradictory to the information I had previously been given in person. I am so disappointed in EcoClean with their subpar customer service and lack of ability to communicate with their customers. Not only did I waste my time, but I was unable to have the jacket cleaned in time for a special event. If I would have known they would have been unable to process the piece, I could have taken my time, money, and business elsewhere.

Go elsewhere, unless you want your clothes ruined. Really disappointed. Ive tried to love you guys, but you keep disappointing. You got ruined a brand new custom-made shirt. It had pen on it when it was returned. Never worn. Had to wear this with pen for engagement photos. Just brought it back to be fixed - the pen is still there. $265 shirt ruined. Unable to wear this at an upcoming wedding. Probably cant get another one made in time. Your credit card machine was broken today. You did not fully clean a jacket I brought in another time. Every item I got cleaned for stains did not remove any of the stains. In fact new ones appeared on my shirts. There was a sample size of about six brought in with stains. About now eight shirts have stains. Im waiting to see if a second time gets them out. Staff is patient and friendly, but quality of service is bad, just pure good marketing. I really want to love you guys, but its not working out.

I am so thrilled! I wanted to surprise my mother for her 70th wedding anniversary (yes 70th!) by having her 100 year old wedding dress preserved. Her mother wore it in 1915 and she wore it for her wedding. I live in Florida, I was going to visit family in Austin and called several cleaners who would not touch it. When I called EcoClean and spoke to Kerstin Shoberg, she was happy to help out. I traveled to Austin with the dress and was not disappointed. EcoClean did a beautiful job of arranging the dress in a lovely window box. I sent it to my mother in Maryland. When she opened it she just could not believe it. It brought tears to both my mom and Dad. Thank you EcoClean for your time and attention to detail. It was truly appreciated by all!! Kathy

WONDERFUL! I used the delivery service to my office, as I did not dare brave the traffic or parking situations on Guadalupe at 5 around the holidays. The gentleman on the phone helped me with my delivery account. He was very friendly and super helpful. They were on time picking up and dropping off, and they did a fantastic job. I had two peacoats cleaned, and they look SO MUCH BETTER. They removed all the dog hair, and they even mended a small tear I had near one of the buttons. I didnt even ask them to fix that! I am very pleased with the service and the results. I WILL be returning to EcoClean for my dry cleaning needs.

You guys saved my life! After 2 weeks traveling around California I had to pack all my dirty clothe and get ready for a wedding in Austin. After the wedding I head back to California for 10 more days of camping and surfing. With only 2 days in Austin I needed to clean all my stuff !! Some awesome and friendly girls just laugh about my story and help me out!! From one day to an other my clothe was CLEAN!! My mind and hurt too because the ecofriendly concept and I was able to enjoy Austin and California with shinny shirts and shorts! THANKS YALL !!!!!!! (Im not a native english speaker you can tell, thanks though!!)

I had been going to Ecoclean since I moved back to Austin in 2008. I dont know if it is the cleaning process or if someone has their iron too hot, but I had several pants "scorched" (looks like an iron print). The new manager told me it was because of something another dry cleaner had done - interesting since all of these "scorches" happened at EcoClean. And when I went to pick up my dry cleaning, they had my dry cleaning under another persons name! Luckily I had my claim ticket and they found my clothes! Wish there was another environmentally friendly dry cleaner in Austin - back to chemical dry cleaning.
