The laundromat was clean so that was a plus. However, when I asked for help using the machines, I got the annoyed look. I am from Missouri and do not frequent laundromats often but I do know I was never treated rudely like here. A smiling helpful attitude would be the answer. I had to ask a second time what she hadtoldme about the machines and she was rude again. I even told her I came here because of the good reviews but someone was mistaken. Luckily I will not be back. Oh, and when I asked a customer to show me how to use the card. She said "sure." She was nice unlike the employee. The employee did come to help me then.....and looked surprised I did not ask for her help.

OMG Here we go again with this African lady. Ive tried my best not to continue to write reviews over the past weeks. Half the lights are on...its hot in here...baskets were everywhere. Im just going to find another location to do my laundry. Thanks to the other ladies that have been great and kept the place clean and cool. Shes been horrible every visit and even when she had help with the lady with the short hair she still didnt do anything. The other lady did everything.. sad she needs to be FIRED

I come in here to do laundry ever Sunday. I am thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the place as well as the courtesy of Angelina working at the laundromat. She is always glad to help with any question I have about my washing or drying needs. She keeps the laundry carts organized, all the washer and dryers clean and ready for the next customer. I live right next to this laundromat, and if I move, I will most certainly still come back to the one again and again.

Came here at 9:25 and had my load started by 9:28. Was told by the lady (african woman with short hair) on duty that I shouldnt have started the load this late. It says open till 10 and last load until 9:30 on the door. Nothing I hate more than being rushed to wash clothes in a machine which I have no control over the time. Been coming here for a couple years but am reconsidering now.

You cant just put in coins and do your laundry. You have to load a card. This is STUPID. Im only here because my machine broke and I just need to wash the one load that was in the machine at the time it broke. I left without washing my clothes. At these prices Ill just wash them in my sink.

Card readers suck. Always have. I couldnt get my issue resolved with a card that wasnt reading with any of the machines. Funny how the one machine that takes your cash can read the card with no problem. This place could also use Wifi like the one down the street.

First time here and Im extremely impressed! Its so clean and the reloadable laundry cards rather a bunch of quarters are so convenient! I love it! Not to mention, its so spacious!! This will be my new laundromat until I invest in a washer and dryer! :)

Washers are good, but some of the dryers dont get hot. I always went home witb damn clothes after feeding the dryer quite a bit of money. I know which dryers to use now. Set at 40 mins or longer....

Great washers & dryers & reasonably priced. They do not use coin machines theyre setup with card readers that you purchase. The attendant there in the evening is most helpful.

Clean place. The attendant, Ele assisted me very politely and efficiently. Dryers were a bit slow. Took a couple dry cycles, but theyre cheap to run. Will come back again

I enjoy this laundromat not than most others. Its a bit on the expensive side but you pay a little more to avoid the riff raff that you find at other locations.
