Owner happened to be there. Many machines were not working right. No signs on the several we put laundry in that didnt work right. Had she not been there we would have lost our money. One didnt fill. One didnt cycle. One said overload as soon as you closed the lid. I had to move clothes by hand three times. One load soping wet to another washer. She was working in the back room on a hot water tank that didnt work and told me she wasnt sure if there was enough hot water. Either she had a circuit breaker off or one was blown because one dryer had no power. She moved the clothes to another for me. A bit later a guy from the adjoining hair salon came in and asked if the power was back on. I assume that the breaker was over there. This would have been an even greater nightmare had the owner not been there. We did get all money refunded for all the machines that didnt work so we could put it in a working machine. She apologized and made sure we had "all the money we felt we deserved". Also said a bunch of new washers were being installed "next week". Nice person. Trying hard to get the place working it appears but...

Such a disappointment. This used to be a decent facility. Machines are either older than me or broke, dryers were almost all out of order, everything was dirty, craters in parking lot. Never again. If someone wants an investment idea build another. This owner clearly doesnt care.

#43 put money in waited the 30min just to have my clothes still wet! So had to switch machines and spend More money ! And then my son put in $1.75 for a soda and everything is OUT but no lights lite up on machine.

Who owns this place? There is no number to call in case there is a problem. The coin dispenser does not work. How do I do my laundry? Fix this place. I cant wait until the Flour Bluff laundry mat is open.

Only 2 of a wall of 16 dryers work and another had no heat ate $2.50 and they were just as wet as they were when they went in.

This place is a dump. Not sure how they even make money. Everything is broken. Go to flour bluff its the closest one.
