From Yelp: SADLY NOT SAME DAY SERVICE. NOT EVEN NEXT DAY. It says SAME DAY on the the front of the building in 2 foot tall lettering, but when I went to drop off wash & fold Wednesday before 9 a.m. they told me that Friday was the earliest they could get to it. Told them I was flying out Friday morning so I didnt mind that I couldnt get it back same day but that I needed it by end of day Thursday. No dice. Not possible. Sadly, I cant trust this business. In my experience, this company overpromises and underdelivers. Quick way to destroy what little trust your customers give you. To quote another disgruntled user, "This establishment needs better business practices". TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THEY MATTER OR WE WILL ALL LEAVE SOONER OR LATER.

good washing and folding, just beware of the price. Ive gone there twice and each time, they charged more than they should have. the first time it was $10.00 extra for a duvet cover (which is basically 2 sheets sewed together) BUT my bedding sheet were priced at the same $.99/ lb. The second time they said something cannot be dried in the dryer because it will melt but Ive dried it before with no problems and the tag had no special care instructions on it either. Anyway, they charged extra #3 for air drying which I found unfair. they dont have a pricing list so theres no way of knowing what they will charge at pick up.I think its a good service just be careful what you give them and be prepared to pay more than expected.

PRICE GOUGERS, BE WARNED I never though id pay $24 to clean a $15 jacket... I was wrong. I took a few of my winter coats in to get dry cleaned before it got cold. When I dropped the coats off I was told $20 for two coats. When I came back to pick them up the next day somehow $20 had turned to $56. I informed the attendant of the price I was quoted, he said there was nothing he could do and if I wanted the clothes I had to pay $56. I would not go back here again and would recommend anyone who gets any dry cleaning done here to get the price in writing before hand.

Have come here before with no problem, however dropped off my duvet and was told would cost $10 and would be ready for pick up at 6pm. Went to pick up at 6:15 pm and not ready, had to come back 30 minutes later and was ready but now suddenly costs double and they are claiming it is now a comforter. Not only was my item not ready on time they over charged me. Wont be coming back which is sad becuase really liked this place and recommended.

These people rule! Not only do they do a fantastic job, last time they found a $20 bill in my clothes, put it in a plastic bag & taped it to my bundle of clothes. WOW! That made me feel like there are good people in the world. For that I want to do my part to refer them to the rest of dallas. Thank you Wash house peeps!

this place is great, dropped off 12 garbage bags full of old clothes that are to be donated, and they had them ready in no time, they even had a ziplock containing an apparent 30 dollars cash that had been left in various bits of clothing! I was amazed at their honesty. Great place, and very cheap

I commute between Austin where I live and Dallas. I had to stay in Dallas for work this past weekend and needed laundry services. Found The Washhouse and gave them a shot. I am 100% satisfied with customer service, cost and their work. I will be back!

They have overcharged me the past two times I have been there. They are overpriced and have scales that are inaccurate when it comes to weight. They dont notify you when your laundry is ready and have taken longer than expected on a few of my trips.
