Terrible service. The Owener is rude. Dropped off a $6500 wedding dress for cleaning and preservation. When I got it back, my custom made skirt was missing. She accused me of lying when I told her I dont have my skirt. Then they found it and a week later I went back to pick everything up and this time my veil was missing. She said she doesnt care and doesnt want to deal with this nor would pay my $280 back. THE WORST SERVICE EVER. Really have no idea how this business operates. Feel bad for all the employees working for her. Check this place out on Yelp, only has 2 rating, this should tell you why you should never go there. She s a theft, Shame on her for ruining my wedding dress!!!!!!

This place has the best dry cleaning deals in Dallas. Shirts and pant come out great everytime and there is a 24hr turnaround if dropped off after 9am and a same day turnaround if dropped off before 9am.
