I came in for the laundry service due to an overwhelming week. I never do laundry service but I needed the help. I called to find out the services. I was told a $1 a pound. Come in the next morning and the lady sees my clothes which equalled to a bag in a half and say 7pm. I say is that when it will be done? She looks at me and walk away. After the 2nd time doing that I told her let me know what you are doing because I dont follow what you want me to do. Went to the scale and it was already at one pound to begin with and when i told her she looked at it and shrugged her shoulders as to say she didnt care. It was too early to deal with a nasty attitude for a service I can do myself so I left because she gave enough signs that she didnt want to do the job.

For the price, the services are good for getting your laundry done. My biggest complaint and concern centers on the patrons who come in and allow their children to play around like it is a damned theme park. I have found that it is best to come here early in the morning when it opens or during the day when school is in session to get your laundry done in relative quiet. There has been more than one instance i have had to get onto the kids playing around for fear of stepping on them or being knocked over.

I just moved here down the road so I thought I would give these guys a chance. But after one time I wont be coming back. They lost one pair of my dress slacks. And when I got home I had a whole boatload of other peoples laundry mixed with mine. Dozens of pairs of boxers, shorts, socks, & T-shirts. all way to small to fit me and definitely not my style. I brought them back I hope the owner comes back and gets their clothes.

Ricky is a very nice guy (owner)but onestly I stop doing my laúndry at his Alpha location due to a lady(store keeper) Who took me wrong when I was complaining about machines failures, (not suficient water,machines not going thru the complete cicle,etc... The avarage of money that I use to pay for the service was 25 to 30,not too bad but the actitud of the atendants was not aceptable.

Good Dryers but they Washers Make You think your clothes smell afterwards And it stinks. Are high priced in Washers However they will wash your clothes for you you can drop off And pickup
