Beware! I took a shirt that I wear to dressy parties this time of year in to be cleaned. When I went back to first pick it up they told me that everything else was done but that it was still being cleaned. It turns out that they had ruined a piece of the beautiful top (it was Arden B satin halter - retail was probably around $70-$100). They tried to somehow blame it on me by saying it was ruined while they were pretreating it. Who cares when it happened - you had possession and you ruined it! They then delayed, delayed, delayed and fought me to reimburse me for it (even though the back of the receipt clearly says they are liable for up to 10 times the price of cleaning, they tried to just refund the $6 cleaning price). I finally got $40 from them yesterday. While it might seem fair because the shirt was not brand new, its a pain in the neck that I now have to go out and find a new Christmas party go to outfit because of their carelessness. I also feel horrible for the poor girl they have working up front. I sure hope that is their child or something because the owner was too much of a weasel to come out and deal with me himself and he made this poor front desk girl handle everything.

They are amazing and so friendly! I work as a server and have to get my chef coats washed and starched everyday and they always have it for me on time even when I pick up a shift last minute!! They work with me and I truly feel they. Are about me! They do an awesome job too!! Cant say enough about their customer service! Alejandra is amazing!
