Back in June of 2016 I had the unfortunate event of canceling my wedding that was supposed to be held Dec. 31, 2016 due to unforeseen circumstances. In the contract I signed with this company it stated that anything paid I will not be able to get a refund but I will be able to get a credit through them of the amount of 3k I had paid. Since I had this credit, I donated it to the morale division of my unit at my current Coast Guard duty station, to use for the Christmas Party. When I contacted them for scheduling a new date, they booked the date but when trying to schedule a sit down and tasting for the new event, they blew me off. They told me they were too busy. I tried for 2 weeks back in Sept. to schedule something with them before I left for training and got nothing. Instead I was told by the male owner that it was not their fault my wedding got canceled and they are too busy to sit down with me after inconveniencing them. After I was told this about the already emotional event of canceling my wedding, I posted a negative review on Yelp and left for my training. Upon my return from my military training I was contacted by the other unit Christmas Party coordinators that the catering service would not do business with us until that negative review was taken down. Oct. 2, 2016 I took down the comment in order to utilize my money credit I had with them. Once it was down they worked with us. It was less than desirable service. They pre-paid a DJ for about 750$ from the I had with them a few weeks before our event but did not ensure the DJ marked the date down/ provided confirmation. Because of this, the DJ booked with another event and our 750$ was non-refundable to the DJ. Instead of doing something for us to supplement this mistake that was not found until a week out from our event, they left us out to dry and had to scramble for a last minute DJ. During the actual event, the food was cold and poorly cooked, however, servers themselves were friendly and welcoming. They barely had utensils and plates for us to use and packed up the food early, even though they were slated for the while Christmas Party. Jan. 24, 2017 marked the 4th day of calling and emailing them over a two week period for an updated receipt. The female owner answered one time and was nice and stated she would gladly send me the receipt for the our records. Nothing happened. I emailed the service and got no response. I called and left a message with no call back and lastly today I called and got the male owner. The male owner answered the phone and was very rude. He said the receipt was already send once and they are too busy to get me an updated copy or just another copy in general. They seem to always be too busy for their already paid customer, before the event and most definitely after the event. This business withheld their service I paid for already because I invoked my right to freedom of speech and wrote a negative review regarding the disappointing interactions that transpired between their business and myself as the customer. They were rude and distasteful to myself and the other party coordinators who serve their country, especially the male owner. If anyone is thinking about booking this service for their special day, I highly recommend against it. Working with this business it not worth the headache or the price.

I was planning a 50th birthday party for my wife and I knew I was in over my head in regards to feeding approximately 50 people. I called and spoke to Lisa Huszar the wife of Chef Andrew Huszar. I told her I was not a "foodie" but my wife was and I needed help planning a menu. She patiently listened and asked me a few questions about what my expectations were and told me not to worry that she would come up with something that both of us would enjoy. She emailed me a few days later with what looked like the perfect menu. It was eclectic, unique and a great mix of "foodie" favorites and comfort food for the "meat and potatoes" people like me. Lisa came to my house a few days before the party to get an idea of where we should place all the food stations and to give me an idea of how the coordination with the servers would go. The night of the party her crew showed up about an hour and a half before the party and began preparing everything. I have to say that everyone, the chef, the servers, the bartender, they all did a fantastic job. The food was exceptional, the servers were courteous and pleasant, and the bartender could not have been better. Everything they did was first class. I had several people come up to me and rave about the food. I received several emails over the next few days telling me it was the best food theyd ever had at a party and how wonderful the staff was. I can honestly say that my wife and I could not be happier with Tastefully Yours. Their price was very reasonable and they are excellent at what they do. If you need a caterer, call them. They are the best.

Lisa and her staff did a fantastic job catering our 250 person wedding just outside the metroplex. From the beginning the communication with the staff and team was quick and easy. The food was amazing and it was so hard to narrow down our choices as everything was customizable to our personal palette. They are extremely accommodating and willing to take on catering ideas we had that they had not done in the past! For example we wanted to do a build your own mimosa and Bloody Mary bar for our brunch wedding and Lisa was able to come up with a perfect spread of garnishes and various kinds of additives to make it beautiful and unique! Our guests loved it! They are extremely detail oriented and handled everything including table rentals, chair rentals, linens, and decorative accents to bring the room together! They were punctual during the entire engagement period/wedding day and made us feel like we were their only client the entire time! The day of our wedding we had staff that constantly hand delivered us food and drink so we could spend time with guests and family! So glad we went with Tastefully Yours!

The food was absolutely phenomenal. After the tasting, we just dreamt about the food for weeks and couldnt wait to have more of it at the wedding. At the wedding itself, all the guests just raved about how good it was. Beyond the food itself, Tastefully Yours was one of the few catering options we contacted in town that returned calls promptly and was upfront and clear about all costs. As the preparations wore on, Lisa (the owner) bent over backward to accommodate all kinds of special requests, and it was clear throughout that she was way more interested in making us happy than in haggling over costs. At the wedding, everything ran smoothly and professionally, even though Lisa had been dealing with medical issues the whole week just before. We cant recommend Tastefully Yours enough.

Tastefully Yours is Awesome!!!! My fiance and I were planning on getting married in March and having the big wedding. We have since changed our minds and have decided to go to the justice of the peace. That being said, before we decided to not have the wedding, we were working closely with Lisa from Tastefully yours. First of all, I contacted five caterers. Out of those caterers Lisa, by far, gave me the best customer service. She always responded to my emails promptly. And shes the only one of them that called me to get a better feel for who I am and what my wedding would be like. My fiance and I went to a tasting there a couple of weeks ago and the food was fabulous!!! If we where going to have the wedding, Tastefully Yours would be our choice, hands down.
