I have been a customer of Mr. Handsome Barber Shop for over four years. At least one of their barbers is truly good at what she does. However their customer service skills have always been defficient at best. Their customer greeting is very selective where they would happily greet and host one client and totally ignore the one right behind. The pattern appears to be a racial one. I am always greeted very enthusiastically but in several occasions I have been placed in ackward situations where the minority person coming in right behind me is completely ignored. Today I experienced my share of this behavior however when my disabled 76 year old father-in-law was adamantly rushed through his cut and while he waited while I went to the post office he felt very unconfortable by Mr. Handsomes repeated remarks as to when he would be picked up as if he was bothered by his presence. He felt embarrased and discriminated as an elder and as a disabled individual. He is currently contemplating filing a formal complaint based on the Americans with Disabilities Act. SHAME ON YOU MR. HANDSOME! You lost some really good customers. I suggest you learn to be genuine. You preach to be a man of God. I was very disapointed at you sir. Mr. Silver.

I have been going here for years. This is a great place to get your hair cut. I never ask for anyone specifically. They all do a great job. At first, I said I would just use whatever barber was next until I ran across one that didnt cut it so well. I never found one. Theyve always been courteous and friendly. I dont know what agenda the one reviewer had. I tend to think that maybe it has something to do about the shops Christian work or one of those serial sue-ers just looking for a way to make money. Oh, and lets throw in some racial AND age discrimination AND disability discrimination on top of the religious reference. Ive never seen any of the employees treat anyone disrespectful. 8 year customer- best barber shop Ive been to!! Ly is awesome and always knows whats important to me with my cut! Truly dont know how anyone could be critical towards Mr Maus Christian work- what a great man!!

We have been going here for 6 years, since Mr. Mao left the salon at Jones x Green Creek. We go to other places that are closer sometimes, but always regret it. Its worth the 9 mile drive!
