My Mother passed on Sunday and I called to try and get some information so that our family can travel to Texas for a service. I had the incredibly unfortunate experience of speaking to a VERY COLD HEARTED Jim Cleaver! I am a nurse. I have never in my life been treated with such utter disregard! SHAME ON YOU MR.CLEAVER!! He even hung up on me!!!!
