My father was a Veteran and prepaid his funeral. The VA is suppose to furnish his head stone. When we went to make his arrangements in September 2016 we asked about the head stone and was told twice that it was all taken care of and we would be called when the stone was down. Four months later no stone. When I asked about it I was told I had to sign a form to send to the VA and they were waiting for me to come sign the form. Why wasnt the form given to me the day I asked about the head stone? Why would I come back to sign the form when I was already there and had asked about the stone? I will tell you why, "because this funeral home doesnt know what they are doing." I will never deal with them again and would not recommend them to any one.

This was of course a very stressful time for me. My dad, being a 20+ year Navy vet was due full military honors, and it was something we really wanted so as to recognize an important part of his life. Our funeral director went above and beyond to make sure the various sailors and soldiers were there even though it looked at one point that it wasnt going to happen. The problem was no fault of the funeral home, but Sean got it done for us. The home itself is updated and beautiful and the grounds are taken care of so much better than years ago.
