Terrible service 1 year ago....we announced, to family and friends, the services dates and times given to us by the funeral director. One day before the services they wanted to change them to a day later. Out of towners wouldve been assed out. There was no reason whatsoever to have to change to a later day. I fought it and had the services on the accorded dates, but something was wrong with the body, like it wasnt prepared correctly. Plenty of time with the deceased, so it was just bad service on their part. Found out they didnt pick up the body the morning it was ready. They waited till the next day, I KNOW THEY FORGOT they needed to pick it up. Picking up the death certificates was another fiasco. Never again will I use or recommend this place.
