Gary has been cutting my hair for at least the past five years ever since my long-time previous barber closed his shop and left no forwarding address. I was looking for an old school barber shop (not a cut and style place) where the barbers actually know how to give a haircut to a man with thinning hair like myself, and I knew Oakridge had been around at least since I moved to Ogden in 1987. From the first time Gary cut my hair, hes done a better job of giving me the look I want than my previous long-time (10-12 years) barber ever did. Stacy has also cut my hair a couple times while Gary was out recovering from eye surgery and did a great job as well. They both know how to do a buzz cut without making me looking like Ive had one of those Flo-Bee home haircuts. One caveat: if youre looking for a cheap hair cut, go to a cut-rate barber and take your chances. Oakridge charges $12.00 for a haircut (which is actually cheaper than most nationally franchised shops) and its worth every penny. Go here and I promise you youll get the best haircut youve ever had! Thats the reason Oakridge has been in business for 30+ years.

Oakridge Barbers has been in business for over 40 years now. They have the best customer service experience you could ask for. Their prices are reasonable and I will continue to go there as long as they open, which I hope will continue to be a long time. Oakridge is the best place in Ogden for a shampoo and a haircut. Period.
