I absolutely love them! I think it was Tiffany that helped me the day I went to fill out my app. Well anyway, she was very patient w/me, I kept her late even after closing, she didnt rush me out the door and say "were closed so you would have to come back tomorrow" hehe no she waited patiently for me to finish up everything necessary for me to start work the next day. And thats exactly what happened, I started work the very next day. Im sure there is a large amount of people they employee but when I went to pick up my check, she remembered me and I appreciated her acknowledgement. Made me feel relevant and valued. Went through this agency. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. There is a severe lack of communication. The staff I had the misfortune to interact with were very rude. Life happens to people and theres nothing you can do about it. They dont care. Takes them weeks to answer a simple text. Dont ask questions because they wont ever respond. Go anywhere other than here.

Horrible lack of concern for the employees well being. These people will place you in overworked positions so you can be moved around after being unable to work the difficult positions. Worst agency ever. Jodie is a monster. Even an antique would be considerate of your health than her.

This was a good agency at first but turned out to be a dud. If you value yourself and take pride in the work you do I suggest going somewhere else. Very disappointed in my experience with Chartwell.
