MY ADVICE: Dont waste your time!!! They have a nice little office, but all that glitters is NOT gold. They will present you with a specific schedule for a given job, then a day before the interview with the company they tell you that the schedule will be something completely different from what they first told you (in other words, they start off the relationship LYING to you, they know that youll probably deal with it because youre just another desperate job-seeker in their eyes & they will take full advantage of that for as long as you let them). If/when things dont work out with the company & they suddenly end your assignment unexpectedly, All About People will treat you like garbage & will EMAIL you to let you know youre fired instead of calling (seriously, who does that?). Then when you go to meet with the person who emailed you (in order to obtain SOME kind of information as to why you were let go & what you can do better next time [aka- information that any REPUTABLE staffing agency should willingly provide]), the person who emailed you wont even have the decency to meet you face to face... They instead will hide in the back office, they will send out some random person who knows absolutely nothing about you &/or the reason you were let go, they wont find you any more work & they will treat you like an alien (instead of a human) from that point forward. I spent nearly a year of my life miserable, working a shift that was NEVER compatible with my lifestyle, all because All About People lied to me at the very beginning & took advantage of me as a job seeker. They knew I needed to find work, they took that & ran with it & the result was something that nobody should ever have to go through. I honestly wish I had never dealt with them, because to be lied to from the beginning is one thing but to be treated like trash in the end just confirms that I should have dealt with a more professional agency that treats people like humans instead of NUMBERS. In MY case: Lesson learned... In YOUR case: You have been warned!

I would give negative stars if I could. This has to be the worst staffing company Ive ever encountered. DO NOT COME HERE, theres plenty of other agencies to use. Unwelcoming, intimidating, undermining, rude and unprofessional. The list goes on! I work in the industry so I know how your attitude is suppose to be and how the process goes. I came in for an interview about a couple years ago with a women named Karen. She had to be most rude and judgmental person I had ever met. Right off the bat I wanted to leave. She continued to ask me questions about my resume, critiquing every little thing she could. Thinking certain words or names of the companies I had worked at were incorrect, when they werent. And we continued to argue about it. Last year, not realizing what company this was. I came in for another interview. When I arrive and almost leave the second I recognize the place. But the women I spoke with on the phone sounded so polite so i decided to stay. I go in and my interview is with someone else. First of all Im apparently not even qualified for this position. I forget the name of the woman interviewing me. She was even worse than the previous woman. She was so condescending towards me, thought she was better than me. It was like I couldnt answer one question correctly. I became short with her because I just wanted to get out of there. She noticed and her attitude became even worse. Were almost done and she asks if I have any questions. I honestly did not see why we were continuing the interview because I wasnt qualified. I said honestly I just want to leave, I told her she was the most condescending, rude and unprofessional recruiter I had ever met and I would never work for this company. Got up and left. Didnt even seem to phase her. Why on Earth would anyone want to work for a company like this. I had two horrible experiences, so I assume every recruiter is trained to be like this. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.

Had an OKAY experience here. Although it could have been better and they could be a little bit more professional. Agency was quick to get me a temp-to-hire position. Although my Recruiter never once reached out to me after I got the assignment, she just disappeared, , which I thought she lacked a lot in. I like agencies who pop up just to check on you to see How youre doing and all that. So Anyways, the reason why I give them 2 stars is because from that assignment I wqs unfortunately let go due to personal reasons. The company was sad to see me go. Not once, did I ever receive a call or even an email from the agency regarding the situation. That right there, showed me that the agency doesnt care for their workers. Its all about them getting their cut of the contract. So unprofessional and I am very disappointed in the way they handled this. Not only that but the other people I worked with at that assignment who were also hired on through the same Agency had a lot to complain about as far as them saying its temp to hire, yet the place we worked at for the assignment were dropping people like flies. Get your info together All About People! Otherwise Id suggest that you change your company name to All About Getting Your Cut of the Contract.

Worst staffing agency ever. I interviewed for one position, and yet when they had me meet with the client, the client was like "no, we are going to start you at this position". It was for an insurance company. I told my recruiter that I did not have commercial license but I did have a personal lines license. I emailed this to her, and have the proof. She told me that the company let me go after two days because I did not have my commercial license. Mind you, I told her two weeks before the estimated start date. I left my full time position I had with another company for this job, and now I have nothing. I would not recommend them at all, no professionalism. Basically she told me, "I know it sucks, but we will see if we have anything else". Well, yeah it does! I had a full time position that I just resigned! Im not holding my breath on that one, and am looking on my own without them. If I could give them no stars, I would. Stay away.

So I have only utilized staffing agencys a couple of times in the past much to no avail, so needless to say I was skeptical to say the least. Much to my surprise my experience with All About People and in particular Dakota, one of their staffing professionals was absolutely AMAZING! She was fast, efficient and effective in finding me my dream job. Additionally, all the support and incouragment I received was beyond AWESOME! I would absolutely recommend All About People to anyone looking for a career, especially anyone looking for an executive/management level position. Overall my experience was great and my subsequent placement with a top notch company proves it!

I submitted my resume and they responded in decent time. We set up an interview. Ive been without a job for months and needed to bring in some money. I landed a temporary position with another agency and told the recruiter I would need to reschedule and Im still very interested in the opportunity. She said thats fine and to get a hold of her when its over instead. Well, I tried to reach out after a few weeks and got no response. Not even a, "Sorry, we cant work with you", or something.
