Ive worked with them since a long time ago. Between jobs and crisis, they showed me a good face. Ive met many different people and they were friendly. Only problem is that; if you work for a company through them and you want to get hired on, most companies wont hire you because new People Readys policy states that the company has to: either, buy your contract or pay People Ready a months worth of wages even if they have to pay your own wages. Most companies wont do that. You see where this is going!? The longer you work with them, the less possibility of finding a decent job

Test cannot be passed regardless of answers, they just judge you based on appearance and pass the test based on bias and discretion. I do not use drugs, alcohol, or smoke, and have plenty of work experience but did not pass their test despite an ACT score in the top quarter of the nation and an ASVAB percentile of 99%. This is a horrid and dishonest temp agency, avoid at all costs.

Walked in and the guy immediately asummes Im a criminal just cause Im wearing bandanna print sweat pants fyi never had a criminal record ever and your judging a book by a cover you guys should get more professional and make a better application cause Im not filling out 20 pages of paperwork proving Im not a criminal or alien stupid judgmental staffing agency wouldnt recommend

Not the best Labor Ready Ive ever been to (Hayward, CA is king), but it is still a good place to find work. Work is much easier to find when you have a vehicle.
