AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS. They sent me to Park City for a Sundance catering event as a dishwasher. I showed up at the restaurant listed, and they had no idea what I was there for. After they made some calls, they figured out that I was supposed to be at a residential house 10 minutes away. I drive to the house, and they scramble to find things for me to do. They have me wash a couple stray dishes, then decide to have me help them prep for the next day. By doing food, which I dont have a handlers permit for. They had me deal with meat, which as a vegetarian, is something that I was not happy with doing. After a few hours there, they get a call that Im to go to the event, which is at a completely new location. I come to find out that its on main street, which there is no parking for, which I was not told about in advance, and I was not about to pay $15 for parking. I tried driving around to find a free spot and found nothing. I tried calling the office after hours line, which I was told someone will always be available to take the call. Nobody answered after multiple attempts. My phone had died, and I had no idea how to get back to any of the locations, so I had no choice but to give up and go home. After over a month of calling the office (and leaving messages, which they never call back for), I finally got them to write me a check. I was on the job for about 4.5 hours, and they ONLY PAID ME FOR 2 HOURS. That doesnt even cover the cost of gas it took for me to drive to Park City and back. I would never recommend this company to anyone, unless you like getting screwed over and ignored. They have no idea what theyre doing, everyone I came in contact with is either a complete moron or extremely rude and unprofessional.

Worst place Ive ever worked for, poor managment, plenty of miscommunication. I and 3 others were sent to acid wash a pool with no ppe, they were mixing chemicals and you could see and taste the fumes that were emitted, causing all of us a harsh cough and to go outside frequently, let alone nothing to protect us from the splashing, i myself called strategic twice, and 1 other called them as well, nothing was done till the next day and we were instructed to continue working cuz the people in charge said they were doing this for years and it was ok, if I get lung cancer later in my years I know who Im coming to. I disregarded the incident and was Then sent to bountiful to set up for a party but when i got there i was told to just jump in the truck and turns out we were actually going to park city to set up at a resort, it was snowing, cold, and had to work late, I wasnt prepared for this kind of weather, I had no snow boots, no gloves, not enough layers of clothing, it was miserable, and was sweater weather in the valley, Id go back to ND in the below 50 degree weather anytime. Dont work for these people theyll screw you. They have a new girl sarah, I was trying to communicate with her and she cut me off saying have a good day and hung up! Amazing customer service guys! Keep up the poor work

I applied for a job through Strategic and they performed a phone interview, a live interview, and then had me take an Excel test at home and was supposed to set me up with an interview with the company itself, well, I did all that and they never called me back, I called and emailed them several times and they do not even have the decency to take the 10 seconds to reply back, I wasted HOURS with these guys and the feeling I get from them is that "we want you to waste as much of your time going through the motions and we will get you a job if we FEEL like it". They are very unprofessional and if you are really in need of work then avoid these guys, IF you get hired plan on it taking 3+ weeks, and thats a big IF. Oh, and the other two 5 star reviews on here? they are from Strategic recruiters, go ahead and click on their profiles and see what I mean, so really they have 1 star all across the board!

Dont go through these people. They called me yesterday, told me I had a job making $14.50 an hour. I go pass the drug test, and then they call me and tell me that my back ground is not acceptable. So, I lose out of that job. But the bad thing is that I gave up a job making $12.50 an hour for this $14.50 an hour job, and now I have no jobs. Thanks a lot Strategic. Avoid these people. You would be better pan handling on the corner then letting them take two jobs from you.

This place is awesome. Ive had a hard time finding a job in the past. They helped me with with two different jobs even though my work experience wasnt great and I have things on my record. I am now employed full time with the company they set me up with. They have a number of temp to hire jobs.

They are good at getting job placement but when there are discrepancies on the hours worked they blow you off and never follow up or return calls. Been waiting a little over a month now for a time card correction that was a glitch with their system. Pretty frustrated.
