Poor communication with the companies that Supply their workers with work so they can get their checks if you sign up for weekly pay you get your check at the end of the week but if you have daily pay you shouldnt have to wait until the next day to get your check because of the workers inside of Labor Max not wanting to pressure the people that are supplying their workers with work I have been sitting in this office for about 30 minutes and have heard many stories already about employees going off and losing it because they thought they were going to get their money today I was told to come in on Saturday when they were not even supposed to be open and I was supposed to have a check and that was a lie then I come in and Im waiting for an hour now for my check and it should have already been here. You should not have daily pay available if you cannot stay with your word and then when an employer cannot take it anymore because they need their money and they are counting on it then they get fired ECT and possibly attitude from the workers inside. Great company to work for but at the same time has its pros and cons I dont think the women really take their job as serious as they should they just are nonchalant when people need their money they need it they dont need to be told that it will be there later on and people have stuff to do theres nothing wrong with calling a company and telling them to speed up a check process because the worker has already put their work in who agrees
