The owner George Ritter is a dishonest business man. He claimed we signed a paper to the better business bureau producing a two sided document with our signature on the front. However at the time we signed the document there was nothing on the back. Unfortunately due to an illness in our family we were not able to go to Vermont and sue him, which is what was suggested by the better business bureau, I am writing this review so no one else gets burned by this company the way we did. 5,500.00 dollars was given to Knight Kitchens in the year 2000 and no cabinets were ever provided. Measurements were taken and cabinets were picked out but nothing was ever delivered. Unfortunately, at the time I became ill and was not able to follow through that year. Tim Chilla the salesman at the time left the company. George took our money and went on a trip to Ireland in September of 2001, without providing any product.

Thrilled!! Knight Kitchens surpassed our expectations! A few years ago we did a substantial addition/renovation to our 1928 home. And our kitchen is by far the focal point of the home. Knight Kitchens designed the most beautiful and functional design using high quality material for my family of five. The cabinets hold up to a ton of wear and tear and their customer service is outstanding!! I have recommended Knight Kitchens to many neighbors, friends. and family. More than a dozen now have Knight Kitchen cabinets in their homes and are as happy as we are. We have even used them for other projects than our kitchen - bathroom vanities and closets. Knight Kitchens delivers excellent products but more importantly are good honest people!

Working with Knight Kitchens was a dream in what was otherwise a very stressful house-building project! George took my ideas and designed each room to spec. They worked with the paint, stains, and glazes to develop the exact style and hues we wanted. We were able to include details like cathedral light glass doors as well as coordinate the great room mantel to the kitchen island corbels and the library bookshelves - so beautiful in the open concept style of our home. The quality and craftsmanship is obvious the minute we walk in the door and throughout the 7 rooms designed by Knight Kitchens. We couldnt be happier and I would highly recommend them!

Beautiful cabinets and beautiful experience. Knights kitchens was the most pleasant part of my renovation. Stephen Bankert was very easy to work with, he always took my calls and returned them immediately when he couldnt. He was very knowledgable not only of the product but of my needs and how to meet them. The men who delivered them were equally respectful of my house and my new cabinets. They took great care not to bump or bruise anything. They were very courteous. The contractor who installed them said they were the most beautiful well built cabinets hed ever installed. I think he will be recommending KK on his future projects.
