This delivery service does no justice to the restaurants that it delivers for. High quality food delivered cold and jostled in the package. Every item that you add to your order includes an additional service charge, on top of the delivery fee. This can take a normally $15 order to over $30. I used this service for some time before, begrudging the high cost as a necessity for staying out of the traffic myself. However, within the last few months, Express Entree began declining my orders due to large queues of orders out for delivery. While the concept of a third party restaurant delivery service is very interesting and definitely a useful service to have, this company fails to deliver on time or with any quality.

Piss Poor Performance! This place does not know what is means to provide a good customer experience. Made an order and they just cancelled. Not the first time I had a bad experience with this food delivery company, but I thought I would try one more time since it was about the food from the restaurant; and not the delivery company. Bad mistake. I called to express my disgust, especially since the first time I just let it go. The one lady stated Ahmed is the owner. He needs to get out of the delivery business and take all his unprofessional, rude staff with him. Avoid this business. Its time for All who gave this place a poor rating to get a campaign going to Shut This Place Down!

I ordered a grilled chicken salad online through the Hard Times menu. First of all, they want at least $12 to delive so, I had to add something else to make it happen. They did not deliver any plastic ware so I cant cut up the chicken and have to eat it with my hands. I ordered a Sprite and it was delivered warm. I specified that I wanted 4 extra ranch dressings in conjunction with the one provided, all I received was one ranch. Do yourself a favor and avoid Express Entree and just go pick it up yourself!!!!!

These people are thieves! First, they charge you a higher price than what the restaurant charges, then they had a 5.99 delivery fee, then they charge you 10% of the marked up price. They say these fees are normal but do not disclose any of this when you place your order . My $19 order came out to $36 with all of their fees. This place should go out of business.

Wish I had seen these reviews before. I ordered from Chakra Cafe, and while the food was OK, it arrived lukewarm and it seemed like the food had been tossed around inside a dryer. Unfortunately for Chakra Cafe (or anyone else that uses Express Entree), I wont be ordering from them again because of this delivery service.

Dropped my food and it was ruined. Two chili orders and both opened and mixed in a plastic bag. I get accidents happen, but $50 is a lot to scrape a damn meal out of a plastic bag. When I tried for either a refund or new order, I got a complete runaround and absolutely no help.

Two out of four times we ordered food from Express Entree they never showed up or called and after 3 hours, ordering from a restaurant less than 15 min away, found that they never placed the order. Avoid the aggravation.

Website was good for ordering. Food was delivered cold. Driver didnt have change.
