Went there for the first time and purchased a meatball sub. The sub: the meatballs were perfect. Did not have any pieces of bone or sinue. Tasted fresh and well seasoned. The bread was nice and soft. flakey on the outside. Not even the ends were hard or burned. The sauce was tasty and was the perfect amount for the sub. The cheese was also tasty and was in perfect proportion. The cheese didnt clump up or get gummy. Atmoshpere: Was great. They work hard and its great to see that in the current circumstances. They have HDTVs on and the firehouse theme is great. Cost: $8.46 for an 8" meatball sub and refillable drink no combo. Other: they have the most advanced coke product dispencing machine i have ever witnessed. If you want anything coke, even a mix of coke products, you can have whatever you like. Im not sure but i think they yell "welcome to firehouse" whenever someone walks in which is cool to see. This place honestly makes subway look silly and firehouse subs will be one of the places i go to eat on lunch breaks. The photo I posted WAS an 8" sub but I ate the other half before i took a pic >.<. This is an honest first time review and you will enjoy this place.

I live about an hour away from here, so Im never at this location... The food was good! No complaints. Firehouse always makes a solid sub. But Im leaving this content actually because the service was really fantastic. The guy who took my order, Nathan, basically acted as if he were a full-fledged server at a 5 star restaurant. He was so polite to everyone, very hospitable, very helpful, very detailed with the ordering process... Everything. He even stopped by our table a couple times to check on us. SO nice. Couldnt have been more impressed! Our only complaint was that the fountain Coke tasted funny. Not flat, but... Almost like knock-off Coke. Clearly not the fault of the manager or location though. I think its just part of how its mixed. Every location Ive been to seems to have this problem... Im guessing its the machine. Anyway, mega compliments to Nathan for excellent service. Everyone was nice, but he really went above and beyond.

I ordered a sub and trusted they gave me the correct one when they called my name. They did not. I drove home only to find I was given the wrong sub; upon my return the manager tried to give me the cold sub I originally ordered and only after he saw me check it, he then asked if I wanted a fresh one. DUH! Of course I want a fresh one. Additionally, he did nothing to make amends for the time I spent traveling back and forth. e.g., offer a discount or anything else. Furthermore, they do NOT offer Military discount. Management and customer service is horrible. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!!! They will most likely mess it up!

I ordered a chopped chicken salad and a few subs for the rest of my family. When they handed me my order, I asked if they put a fork in. The guy said yes, in the small bag inside the bigger bag. When I got to my destination which was my daughters softball game, I opened the bag to find there was no fork to eat my salad and no chicken salad on my salad. It was just lettuce, olives, cucumbers and cheese. So I sat and ate the salad with my fingers! They are extremely incompetent and their food isnt great. I would recommended not going there.

The quality of food at Firehouse is above and beyond any other low price sub place out there. That being said, to err is human. If you want something done right and leave nothing to chance, then dont leave the restaurant before you are satisfied. I keep hearing all these complaints about to-go orders. You dont check the bag? Thats on you. You dont have time? Go to McDonalds

I had a grilled chicken and cheese sub. The chicken was overcooked on the whole sub. teenage workers everywhere yelling and acting immature as if they werent even working... more like socializing. my table wasnt cleaned as well as all of the other table options we had. not good at all. never coming back.
