Prior to moving to this area I was very skeptical about Kindercare centers and other "chain" centers. This facility has been wonderful. Weve had our child in another very top rated facility in the area but returned to this center based on their holistic approach to learning. Academics are important here but they also focus on the well-being and nourishment of the child. This was primary in our decision to return our child to this center. The center director (Miss Jones) is caring, responsive, and involved. The teachers are wonderful and caring; I can only speak for the teachers of the toddlers (Miss Sook and Miss Taniece).

Ratios almost always off at this center. Turnover is pretty bad and teachers are underqualified (no degrees or certification). The good teachers end up leaving because this place is so mismanaged and not run with the childs best interest in mind. Toddlers are left to cry without being comforted while staff move about ignoring them. I removed my child from this center after discovering a teacher mistreated my child. Read their violations before considering this place. Too many red flags.

The worst!!!! The KinderCare chain is wonderful, but this particular KinderCare is the WORST!! My daughter attended this KinderCare!! HORRIBLE CENTER!!
