When I walked into the store two employees (one named Christian) were in a yelling match. I actually thought for a second there was going to be a fight. The other two employees tried to calm down the one guy but had no success. This Christian guy was yelling and screaming saying he didnt need to work there. So I think if he doesnt want to work the manager needs to fire him. Unfortunately I send out a lot of packages every week. Think maybe I will have them come and pick them up for now on. Will be calling corporate office on Monday.

Yes it is a national chain. Yes, they have all the equipment necessary to do most things. Just dont expect helpful or cheerful service from anyone in that building. Most of the time they can be bothered to help you, but they are a fairly glum lot of people.

Not open during their hours posted on Google. This location will not hold packages or let anyone else pick up your package without corporate approval. Corporate will not grant extensions on holding packages by even a day.

Went in to pick up some boxes and was helped by Donna. She was very helpful, nice, and hilarious. I am glad I went there instead of somewhere else
