I had ceremony programs sent to the printer 5 days before the ceremony and picked them up 2 days before. Thanks Luray Copy Service, Inc., you really saved my butt :-) Becky was phenomenal. She started with just a picture of someone elses program, and converted my text and layout ideas to an actual program, working with me on colors, spacing, font, flow, images....did I mention this was just days before the ceremony and it was all done by email?!?!? What I appreciate the most is that Becky was very receptive to the iterative process that is needed to work through the design phase. That is, I kept wanting something slightly different than what she was making. We got closer with each iteration--and I was afraid she was thinking I was "difficult to work with"--but she really took it as part of the job is working through that communication gap. I enjoyed working with them!
