I took my 1yr old duaghter and 5 year old son for haircuts. I had asked if the woman can cut my daughters curls off on the back because they are always getting tangled. I was asked if I use detangler then flat out told "no. I like her curls. She should keep them. It looks like a style." trying to be polite i asked if she could just trim them to make them more manageable. The woman did nothing. My duaghters bangs were cut but I basically paid for nothing. Then I asked if they knew how to shape up hair on boys after cutting it. The woman insisted they did. You see my sons father is not the same as my duaghters so he has courser hair. The woman did a HORRIBLE job. I cut my sons hair better! She basically just shaved it and he had no definition in his shape up. Great clips definitely DOES NOT cater to all demographics if you know what i mean. On top of that my son sat very still and upon getting him into the car I noticed his ear was bleeding and he had some kind of razor burn around his neck! Why would you not tell me immediately that you cut my sons ear? How could you call yourself hair stylists if even I have never gone to school for this stuff but could do a waaaay better job at home. Only reason I went was because my clippers had broken. I was expecting it to be professionally done and instead I just wasted my money. I will not be returning.

I came in and had the most amazing experience, there was a stylist by the name of Jennifer that works there. She listened to my every word and my haircut was so thorough even though with that type of business a time limit on haircuts. She even took care of my facial hair after the haircut and then even offered a wash before she styled it and put product in it. I always go to her now because of how wonderful she does my hair. I give her a 15 out of 10, no one that I have ever went to to get a haircut does what she can do and I enjoy listening to her tell me about what got her into doing hair. She has such passion about it just like I have a passion about my job.

My husband just brought our 8 year-old grandson in today for a haircut. They did a terrible job. He has short hair, which is cut using a #2 on the sides and a little longer on the top blended together. It is a fairly simple haircut. The hairdresser did not do what was asked. She cut the whole thing the same length, did not clean up around the ears (which is really why we brought him in), and both the front and back were uneven. I actually had to fix it when he got home. The haircut was inexpensive, but you get what you pay for here. I will never bring him back, even it was free. It was that bad.

When they get really busy, like on a Sunday afternoon, the stylists seem to get a little short with each other. Plan ahead to check in online and shoot for a less busy period. Otherwise, theyre fine for a quick kids haircut.
